We visited T-Mobile in Springfield yesterday and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and worked well together. The store was organized and even with the COVID-19 guidelines, they do a great job assisting their customers. All are very tech savvy, which helps clients who are not. Great experience!!

I came in to get something fixed on my bill and the people were so nice to me and my child. Everyone was smiling and made us feel welcome. I hate going to sprint stores but this was quick and easy. I was able to get the info I needed and I saved money on a new phone. The team was very knowledgeable. We’lol be coming back.

I went into the store earlier this night with a malfunctioning phone. I spoke with Taylor, who was at the front desk and she was amazing. She explained that while the store wasn't a technician store she would do everything she could to help me with my problem. In less than 15 minutes she had my phone working good as new and explained what the cause was and how I could prevent it. I will definitely come back here for all my Sprint phone needs.

I was in a tricky predicament yesterday (1/26/2021) where I wanted to change the color of my phone that I had just upgraded on (1/22/21).

The two gentleman, Abe & Toni who work in the T-Mobile within the Springfield mall located on (1250 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064) assisted me with this switch.

I can truly say these two associates provided me with the most exceptional customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Not only did they successfully make the switch for me in a timely matter they were truly friendly and genuinely wanted to help me out.

I will absolutely be referring friends, family & patients to that T-Mobile & will only be doing business with them in the future.

Best experience ever in any T-Mobile store. Kyle was extremely helpful, professional, fast and patient. These qualities are very important to me when I am gonna open my wallet. Experience is everything when it comes to do business, I can see this young man take care of any big retail stores.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and helpful also, the manager really knows his stuff. They had some new people just starting who were also very positive and helpful. I could tell the manager was leading by example, and trained the staff well. I noticed his shift was over and he stayed way later to make sure everyone was accommodated. As a manager myself, I knew where he was coming from, and appreciated it.

Decided to switch to Sprint from Verizon and I visited this store to avoid the mall and am really happy I did. Yoenni helped me out with selecting the right phones and plan to suit our needs. Being in Sales myself it is always a pleasure to work with someone who treats their customers the same as I do. Thank you Yoenni.

Had 2 young men help me with upgrading my phone THEY WERE AMAZING. And so polite. Just make sure it is the one next to the macys the one downstairs is horrible.

I came in for a quick Sim when the 420 location was too crowded. The staff was super friendly to my kids, wife and me. The process is slow (not their fault) but they made it as smooth as possible. I'll probably go to this location for my T-Mobile stuff in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Assurant(T-Mobile's insurance company). The store manager Eric was professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is the only reason I didn't head to SPRINT.
T-Mobile should be giving him a raise for keeping loyal customer satisfied!!

I called to see if they had a LG v60 screen protectors. The young man looked & couldn't find any, but did notify me to contact 611 & they could send it to them store. I appreciate the service here vs the young lady at The From all location that immediately said no & didn't even check.

Joey was the best! I had had a few frustrating days getting my number released from my company and he was incredibly helpful and patient, getting me the right Sprint plan! I will go back for all of my support needs!

Go see Dwight or Corey they hooked me up with Sprint and now I am saving a ton of money and got a new iphone 8 plus. Thought I would have to spent hours setting up my new phone but they took my old phone and started transferring everything for me automatically no questions asked. awesome service.
