Leo Designs did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding! My husband and I wanted a tropical-themed wedding, and they really achieved our vision. They worked well with the other vendors to give us the wedding of our dreams! The team they have are so nice and helpful. The decorations, coordination, and planning they provided were top-notch.

Working with LEO Design was easily the best decision we made! I truly cannot say enough great things about Heather and the LEO Design team. If there is one recommendation that I have for newly engaged couples, it is to start your wedding planning process by scheduling a consultation call with Heather. You will immediately see the tremendous value in LEO’s wedding planning and design services.

I initially reached out to LEO Designs about hanging drapery for my rustic, ski lodge ballroom at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. From the very start, Heather was incredibly professional and genuine. I could tell how much she cared about my wedding and experience with LEO Design. I immediately trusted in Heather’s expertise and decided to do the “Month of Wedding Coordination Package”. I am SO glad I did! Heather truly made the process of planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was there for me every step of the way, being incredibly responsive and attentive to my vision and needs. On the day of the wedding, Heather and her team did a phenomenal job of ensuring that our day ran perfectly. I was able to stay relaxed and in the moment because of her day-of coordination and concierge team support. I will forever be thankful for this!

What really truly impressed me was LEO’s creativity and attention-to-detail behind the scenes. They created a breath-taking ambiance, completely transforming our reception “cold and industrial” ballroom into a warm, elegant, and fun atmosphere. The drapery, lighting, and dramatic votive centerpieces were absolutely stunning and romantic. Heather’s ideas made our guest experience so memorable! She created a “Vintage 70s Ski Photobooth” to go with our ski lodge theme. It was EPIC and such a hit! The "little touches", such as the mountain "Activity Pass" guest placement cards pulled our theme together at every table and was so unique.

LEO was the perfect choice for our wedding decor. They were attentive and got the job done on our wedding day. We barely knew that they were there because they were so efficient during the setup and tear down. They can transform any space into a beautiful reception hall.

They took time to see my vision and make it all happen! They sacrificed so much to set up all the decorations and to help me prepare for my big day. Hired Leo design to do the draping and lights for my daughters barn themed wedding this past weekend! Leo Design was professional, easy to work with and reasonably priced. The staff showed up first thing Saturday morning, hung all the drapes and lights very professionally all the while working around the caterers setting up and the bridal party getting ready etc. The staff then returned promptly when the reception was over and took everything down! Leo Design did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them for any event!

I cannot say enough good things about Leo designs! We reached out to them to see what they could do for hanging lights at our event space and maybe do a backdrop for our sweetheart table. Heather got back to me right away and was able to give us pricing details and example pictures of decor they have done and in our event space! I asked her to give me a quote for centerpieces since I was feeling overwhelmed about doing it myself and I told her i wanted something simple with candles. That is all of the details I gave her and she came up with the most perfect centerpiece design for us! She was so responsive and knew exactly what we wanted. I went from being stressed and overwhelmed to having our entire reception space done in just a couple hours! She takes care of everything and is so amazing. She also let us add a centerpiece on at the last minute as we needed another table. I would definitely recommend Leo designs!

Our guests continue to talk about how wonderful our wedding day was in large part thanks to Heather and her wonderful team. We knew from the moment we started working with her it would be beneficial and the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Her help and guidance through all the ins-and-outs truly made everything easier and more manageable. The time line and checklist Heather provided were perfect for helping us stay on track. She was a saving grace for us, guiding us in directions and putting us in contact with people that fit our taste, style, and needs. Heather could not have been nicer also and more patient with us as we muddled through our decisions.
The day of the wedding we were so pleasantly surprised. We knew that having her there would give us ease, but we were unaware how seamless our wedding flowed due to her additional staff she brought with her! The concierge, also named Heather, at my house was essential. I had no idea how essential until one of my bridesmaids' dresses zipper ripped completely up the back. As soon as I found out, I was shocked how calm I remained. I was not even worried because Heather was already sewing it up and there was nothing to worry about! It was truly amazing how she helped us in our crunch time. She was there for whatever we needed around the house as well as while we were out taking pictures she would make sure all the girls hair was okay, including hair spraying her own hand and taming fly-aways, and especially that my train was out and picture ready. My maid of honor also stepped in an ant hill while we were taking pictures at the park and had dozens of ants crawling up the 3 layers of her dress. Heather was there picking them all out for her. She was truly amazing in every sense of the word. My bridesmaids even said, "How does anyone even do a wedding with out a Heather?? She is the best!!" and I could not agree more.

Leo Design did lighting and drapery for our wedding day and it was beautiful! They were easy to work with and did a phenomenal job!

The best decision we ever made was deciding to working with Heather & The LEO Design crew. Heather was amazing every step of the way - from our intro meeting, timeline creation, venue walkthrough, to our day off, everything was executed flawlessly. From the minute I woke up on my wedding day, to the time we left our venue, they were on top of everything and not one thing went wrong that day in my eyes. Heather had such a positive energy around her and you could tell each and every one of her colleagues had that same positive light. Heather, Katie, Ashley and Nancy were by my side and were there for me for whatever I needed. At one point, right before my ceremony I was feeling a lot of feels and a bit overwhelmed. Thankfully Nancy decided to lead my mom, grandmother, bridesmaids and I through a beautiful 10 minute breathwork meditation, and it was everything I needed in that moment. I felt so present in my ceremony and it stayed with me through the rest of the evening. I cannot say one bad thing about LEO Design. Our entire wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish all thanks to them! I am still on cloud 9!

We have worked with LEO Design Gallery on two events now, and it has been an absolute pleasure! Heather and her team are creative, professional, and considerate of our unique needs. Our vision, theme and budget were given careful consideration, and the results were stunning! SO many compliments were given on how beautiful the events were. Heather and Greg gave us the best wedding we ever imagined. She was the most incredible planner and decorator. Our guests were raving all night about how fantastic they were and how pleasant they were to work with. Heather was sure to check on me all through the night and be sure we were taken care of and didn’t need anything. Her team of decorators were fantastic and super easy to work with. They bent over backwards to be sure that our wedding was exactly as we imagined. I would recommend her to everyone over and over again.

I learned about LEO a few years ago at a bridal event I went to for my friend. The decor at the event and enthusiasm I saw in Heather that day, made me one day want to use LEO as my wedding planner. Fast forward to 6 years later...I already knew I needed a wedding planner & I knew who I wanted to contact. From our first meeting w/her & Greg, they made my fiancé (now husband) & I feel stress free & assured us our wedding would be amazing. And they kept with that promise. Heather is a planning genious! Thru the year of planning she calmed my nerves whenever I felt "wedding overwhelmed". Our wedding day was a fairytale! The timeline was expertly executed, my vendors were all well informed...and best of all...my wedding venue was so beautifully decorated. I can't even put into words how grateful we are for their extraordinary work and commitment to our special day. I dreamt of this day all my life, and because of LEO Design my wedding dreams came to life! Thank you!!!!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Heather and her team were!! We had a backyard wedding at my now in-laws house with about 185 people, and everything turned out absolutely flawless. It was really important to me that since we were hosting it on our property and not at a venue, that my family and his family didn't get stuck dealing with all the "stuff" day of. Somehow, Heather's magical team made everything happen, while we all just got to enjoy the day! I didn't even know the caterer or the band had arrived, for example, yet Heather and their team had them taken care of, while I was off enjoying the day. We had gone over the timeline in detail in the weeks leading up to the event, and Heather assured me that was so the day of I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. And she was 100% correct on that. Her and her team seemed to anticipate every little need of the day and evening and I literally cannot imagine pulling this off without them. It was incredible. Best money we spent on the wedding BY FAR!

I cannot say enough nice things about LEO Design Gallery! Heather & Greg are absolutely great to work with. My wedding day turned out to be everything I ever dreamed of, and it couldn't have happened without their amazing work. They turned my vision into pure reality. Everything I asked for was done and then some! You can tell they really love what they do, and it's such a refreshing feeling as a Bride to know you are being taken care of. I didn't have to worry once if I was in good hands or not because the work they do is phenomenal and I knew I could trust them. And I would just like to respond to the other google review on here. My wedding budget was not high and we are by no means rich. LEO was happy to work with us and worked hard to stay within our budget.

I recently had a baby shower at the GoggleWorks & decided very last min that I just couldn’t design this shower on my own. I am 24 years old, 8 months pregnant & super tired, I had no idea what to do. So I googled for a party designer & came across thier page. I met with Heather, she was absolutely amazing! She helped me out with ideas, very professional, detailed oriented, great quality (which is what I was looking for) but most importantly patient with me. She gave me peace of mind knowing that I didn’t have to worry about decorating the day of the shower. All of my guest were stunned soon as they walked in & so was I. So many complaints throughout my event. It was an emotional/special day for me celebrating my 1st baby boy. I’m glad LEO Design was there to make it happen.

Heather and Greg are visionaries! They took our simple, seemingly drab plans for our small intimate wedding and gave us the elegant feeling of the wedding of our dreams. Their network of vendors really made our lives simple while planning our wedding. You can't go wrong with this winning couple!

We had a party for our daughter at The Goggleworks in Reading, Pa. She turned 14, and we decided to throw her a fun dance party. Its not easy to plan a party for a teenager. They want to be treated as grown ups, but they are not quite ready for the late night party scene. We were able to put together a fabulous teen nightclub dance party that was both fun and cool for our daughter and her friends. We planned the party with Rachael Romig from, Just Breathe Wedding & Events. Leo made the party look spectacular! They put together a package of party rental items that pulled the whole event together. It was gorgeous! The Goggleworks provided the night club loft industrial looking room. Leo put together a room full of sophisticated, and stylish couches, glow cubes, throw pillows, and even faux fur blankets! Thanks to LEO, the room looked AMAZING! It really did look like a nightclub in New York! it is not easy to find a company like LEO! These days most rental companies are so giant and impersonal, that they usually lack any thoughtful contact with the customer. Leo is a company that handles events as if they were planning something for their own family. They made sure every detail was perfect. My husband and I were blown away by their customer service. I felt like I was planning a party with the help of a close relative. Thank you LEO, for my daughters spectacular party! The kids did not stop talking about how great the party was for weeks!

I had the pleasure of having Heather and Greg Pasko from Leo Design Gallery created my daughter's Sweet 16 and made it become reality. Our family and friends cannot stop talking about how beautiful the space was. I am so thankful for the extra details and special touches that they added to make the Sweet 16 a Dream come true!
