I asked for no foam and unfortunately sometimes the barista doesn't read the ticket thoroughly. Ugh

Excellent and super fast service! If you are on a hurry, don’t use the drive thru!

I went in the morning and of course it was busy. The workers looked exhausted at 10am. I felt bad for them and ordered a regular coffee and a cookie; used thier wifi and left.

Had to find a place to work for a few hours. Great food, service and stable Internet.

I found this spot because it is near my temporary work location and so far so good. The staff is very nice, the place is clean, and the coffee is great!

The place was clean and had great customer service and food! I wasn't sure what to get but the lady taking my order was very helpful and recommended the pumpkin spice with some extra stuff on top and it was amazing, probably one of the best drinks I've had in a while!

At the kenswick and 1960 area the guy working the window slammed the window in my face while I was talking. The wait in line was over 35 minutes I online ordered 1 drink way ahead of time. When I finally got to the window I saw my watered down drink just sitting by the window while he talked with the other batista. When I said I paid to much to be looking at my order and not getting any customer service he slammed the window while I was talking

What can you not love at Starbucks. I got a frappuccino. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I had before was too much ice in the iced coffee but they have changed that. I had to ask for light on the ice.

This location on Durham is my go-to, never have issues. Must be a popular location for this reason, drive thru is usually super busy but goes quickly. Staff always friendly.

Best ever their food services and housekeeping is on the top best quality. Restroom I found cleanest and atmosphere hygienic and friendly to enjoy the time dine in.

Let me tell you there is something about walking into your everyday Starbucks and being greeted by name! The quickness and friendly environment and the perfect drink is what makes me come to ONLY this Starbucks location.

Visited the drive thru this evening 8/7 and the attendant was very sweet and welcoming. Really made my day!
