Super friendly people here with lots of specialized punk/hardcore records, and cool conversations to be had. If Gwen's there, make sure you talk to her; she's full of knowledge and has a lot of stories to tell. Very cool place, wish I were closer.

This spot claims “Dayton’s third best” but deserves the title. Always greeted with friendly service and they host some of the coolest local bands on a regular basis. Check them out on Instagram as they keep a pretty active account with new releases and when shows are happening.

Gwen and crew are great! Love this place so much. This place is the real deal record shop.

Cool shop if you're into punk and indie music. I gonna be honest that is not my flavor but Gwen told me about a shop that did have my type of music. I'm giving a five star review because they were willing to point me in the right direction and super helpful. There is other stuff than punk and indie there so in my opinion still worth check out.

Stopped in for a last minute/unique gift and not only did the owner help me pick a really good record but suggested a soft tee my friend loved! Now I wanna go back for more because the selections have doubled since my last stop.

I recently made an online purchase from Blind Rage Records and am quite happy with my experience. They have an amazing hip hop selection with titles that you just don't see in your average record shop. Plus the person I was in contact with, who I'm assuming is the owner was super cool. Very responsive. Answered all my questions. They gave me a solid deal and the records they sent were even better than described. Definitely plan on doing further business. I would highly recommend this shop and hope to visit in person some day.

Awesome record store, especially if you dig punk music! Staff is really friendly, excellent selection of punk, and decent selection of other genres. Pricing is good too.

Stopped by for the first time a few days ago (we’re not local… were traveling through the area) and enjoyed it very much. Cool atmosphere, friendly people, and lots of great music to look through. Thumbs up. Will stop again if in the area.

I live in Los Angeles where there's over a dozen really great record stores. However, a record store roughly eight states away has become my go to place. Blind Rage Records has an amazing collection of classic, rare, obscure, used, and new records from several genres.

I love when the owner does Instagram live videos (follow them @blindrageshop), essentially digging through each bin to show what's currently in the store. For those of you like me who don't live in Ohio, they do ship out of state. The packaging is top notch and shipped almost immediately.

If you're lucky enough to live close by I highly recommend you stop by.

I bought a bunch of records from here and had them shipped all the way to Tacoma, WA. Everything arrived in great condition and on time. I would definitely recommend grabbing some records from this place even if you’re outside Ohio. They have a great collection, they’re friendly, and make the process simple. Thank you Blind Rage!

Gwen is such a cool person! Never had such a fun personal experience at a record store. You can tell Gwen just loves records and getting you something unique and awesome when you come in. I felt like more than a customer in Blind Rage Records, I felt like we’re long time friends. Plusssss Gwen helped me complete my quest for a copy of Liquid Swords! Will be making the 90 minute plus drive again to support this store.

This place is amazing! One of the best shops in Ohio, I got Smashing Pumpkins Adore, Smiths Louder than Bombs, Meat Puppets II, and Sonic Youth A Thousand Leaves ALL ORIGINAL!!! If you want to go somewhere good, go here!

The Best Bang for your Buck . Raised my Daughter around the Downing boys.. Love this place.. Best spot for good Punk in Dayton hands down!!

Visiting Dayton for a few days to see some family. They know I love records and good people so they take me to this shop. I’m immediately hooked by the very obviously curated selection of albums on the walls. As you flip through this variety, you’re going to need lots of restraint to not completely blow your budget. I scored two very hard to come by records but wish I could have left with many more. The selection isn’t huge but it doesn’t have to be when it’s all top notch. This is a labor of love. VISIT THIS SHOP.

If you're in the market for punk/metal/indie, this is the shop. Don't bother with the other stores, just visit Blind Rage Records and get what you want. Gwen and the staff are awesome, if you don't see what you want, just ask!

James and crew have created a great store in Dayton! Will help you find something, talk about music, and just give you a great experience. Best trade in value in town and great selection.

This is my #1 spot to record hunt!! James the owner is a super cool dude and knows his stuff! Whether your into Punk, Metal or Hip-Hop, Blind Rage has something for everyone! Great independent record store in the heart of Belmont. Punk, hip hop, metal, indie, take your pick. Will be nice to attend shows here when the plague is finally past. ETA: James (owner) doesn't f around, you have to wear a m*sk here. Five stars.
