Best Buy

Got an upgrade on bedroom tv. Got LG a 50-inch LG not so happy with remote. Returned and got a bigger tv with a better remote.

Went to look for a specific TV, the shelf was empty so we asked about it and a very nice young lady went to the backroom and found it for us and she also did a carry out for us
I wish I would remember her name

Just bought a replacement charger for my laptop, and was helped by the friendliest of sales associates. Eric was wonderful, and I'll definitely frequent this store in the future because of his kindness.

Went in to look around and was greater by an associate named Roy. Very very helpful probably best customer service I've ever experienced in a long time from a retail business.

Best Buy is a good place to get some good products. It's also a great time when you get to geek out with the staff.

Best Buy is great but their Geek Squad don’t really care for the way they suppose to stand behind the product protection!!

Staff are great at this location. Friendly and great sense of humor. We got what we needed at a great price. The store is close to our home. We shop here often.

We were greeted & assisted by several Associates. When one associate did not have the answer she went out of her way to obtain it for us.

The nice worker Jemery I want to say, I ain't sure even wrote it down. Can't find receipt anyway he was so helpful, I say he was raised to respect his elder.Need more of that in todays world.He has brown hair, glasses, and was about 120 to 125 lbs maybe.Over all was a good visit for me,

Went in for a couple of new phones and Louis (sp?) took excellent care of us. He went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we got the best deal possible, and was a new employee and was still learning himself. Great job and I plan to be back for any future needs

I had to get a new phone. Jeremy, the Mgr, was there to assist us. He was so helpful & professional and patient with me. He made the transition go so smoothly from my old to new phone. I must say that Best Buy does seem to have the best people, especially in the phone area! Thanks again Jeremy!

Nice store and friendly staff. It wasn't crowded when I went and found exactly what I was looking for. In an out in about 5 minutes.

I was waited on by a young man that was new. He was so incredibly nice! Everything was easy to find, visible signs directing one to go to customer service to check out. Will definitely return

Visited to research unlocked Android. Roy met me at the door and answered all my questions.

This was a quick in and out trip to get a travel charger for an iPad. Greeter at the door was very polite and walked me straight to what I needed. The cashier was very friendly and let my granddaughter use her fuzzy pen to drawwhich distracted her while we waited (short wait) and got rung up.
I've always found the staff at every Best Buy I got to pleasant and knowledgeable.

They did not have what I went for but were extremely helpful in finding my product online.
