AT&T Store

I have been trying in vein via phone to get internet. Josh took time to understand my issue. Tried to resolve it immediately. When he couldn't he took my number and let me leave while he worked on it. Two days later he texted me to let me know he'd resolved the issue and scheduled a time for me to come in and get the service I was requesting. That's how customer service is supposed to be. Awesome job Josh

Kyle helped myself and my son with the products we wanted. He gave us impeccable service. I would recommend AT&T in the D'Iberville Promanade as your phone service outlet.

Walked in not knowing what I needed but Kim was so nice and patient with me. She talked me through all my options and never made me feel silly for my questions. Amazing experience and any time I walk into there I will be asking for her.

Hands down absolutely delighted with the customer service from the D'iberville location on November 14, 2023 around 10 am. I can't believe I didn't remember to catch any of the crews names to appreciate y'all, though! Can't thank y'all enough for helping me get my phone back up. Together I truly do believe y'all have an amazing crew. Each of you created a very vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, while still effectively doing your jobs. So again thank you very much for the wonderful customer service! Also, I hope I left each of y'all with at least a little bit of that joyous energy from my son!

So far, so good. I'm tired of different companies just to take care of my simple retired needs. Sales and install men were very nice. I've stopped into 2 of their stores and got easy explanations and fixes.

Elite coverage with better service. Ask for Jared in the Diberville branch. He not only takes care of you but makes the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommend

Brandie was the name of the representative that helped me at the D'Iberville, MS location. She was amazing! She was very clear, honest, fast, patient, and informative without pressuring me into any purchase or bundles. I really appreciate her time and she is absolutely a contributing factor to me joining AT&T.

If shopping for new phones at the D’Iberville ATT you should ask for Taylor. He is knowledgeable, friendly and really knows how to make you feel comfortable.

Generally I DREAD going anywhere to question a bill… But, today Kyle made this experience so EASY and found me the BEST deal possible! Seriously can’t thank him enough! Kyle was super helpful in attempting to fix my true depth camera for my face ID. Very polite and professional. Jared also helped and set an appt for me to get my phone looked at by the geek squad.

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had with AT&T! Kimberly is the best customer service person I have encountered!! She was so helpful and definitely was honed in on what I needed. Her disposition and work ethic is something that everyone should aspire to be like! As she was walking me to door I almost hugged her because I was so astounded to have had an experience like that in an AT&T store. She needs a raise or promotion. She will definitely be my person when I go back. Thank you Kimberly for making my day and leaving such a great impression.

I had a great experience here! If you’re looking to change carriers or upgrade your devices, Jared is your guy. He gave me all the information I needed and worked hard to make sure I got the hookup. I switched to AT&T, upgraded my devices and am still saving more money than at my last carrier. On top of it all, we had some good laughs. So make a decision you won’t regret, go to AT&T and ask for Jared.

It was user easy with all steps Google takes it through but you feel safer.
