I wanted a 30" shop fan that was on sale and they had 2 of them yeah. Store employee brought it out and loaded it in my car for me. Great customer service! Great prices too.

Good place to buy inexpensive tools that you'll only use a few times. All Chinese but some are ok quality. Good customer service . My cashier was very friendly.

I stop in at least once a week to see what's on sale/discount shelf. I like the tools and the employees for the most part are really nice. The trick is to get out of there before I spend $50+. I'm not going to tell you the tool are as good as the big names but they are pretty good tho.

Always fun to wonder around in. I buy gloves there to handle my cactus.

This is one of the best Harbor Freight we have been to because the clerk Dominique took the time to welcome us, explain the coupon site and apply the applicable coupons when we checked out. She was so kind not only to us but all the customers. We observed her correct a man's name in the system and she conversed in spanish with the gentleman, excellent employee. The store was very clean and organized and we were able to quickly find everything we needed.

I love me some harbor freight got a 29 dollar member reward card for free plus 10 dollars back because the items I purchased had discounts that added up to $40 in savings for being a member so it was a no Brainer.

I want to give a great review for excellent custom service from Supervisor- Jeffery Gillis, I need help on a prdt. I purchase from Harbor Freight,a year ago that's no longer carried, he assisted me with my needs,and took care of the problem. Supervisor Jeffery Gillis, was not only courteous, extremely helpful, but kind. Outstanding person, we need more people like Jeffery Gillis,in the service industry.

I can't get enough of Harbor Freight. I absolutely love this store. So many items to choose from no matter the item you're shopping for. Employees all friendly, knowledgeable of products in store and its location and they're eager to help you with all your needs. Store is always clean and isles are clear of merchandise & products so there's no hassle of walking thru the store. Shelves are stocked with an array of products. Prices are very reasonable. I love their sales and especially their coupons. I get email and text notifications so that I get the latest on new products, flyers and coupons to use.
I recommend Harbor Freight Tools to everyone. My favorite location is in Biloxi, MS on Pass Rd., Eisenhower intersection. This particular store is the one I'm referring to in this review.

My go to for any tool needs. I've never experienced any problem with a tool I've bought there and I've paid much less than the big name brands.

Great store - have had some issues with the quality of some of the items, but they did good at exchanging. Just got better at doing my research.

Your dollar goes a long ways when shopping here. I bought 800$ worth of hand and power tools for use up north tornado area (Rollin Fork) I was able to fill a tool trailer... I had priced comparison with the two home box store to HF, I would have been to able to buy half of what I got at HF.

Friendly employees always have coupons saving and I've had very good luck with tools and other things purchased there
