I was in a rush and I’m a drive thru bandit! I pull up and the guy stated, one second and I’ll be with you. (In my head…Here we go)10 seconds later he said HI THERE HOW ARE YOU TODAY? I responded well I’m fine and you? He said he was okay and asked what was my order. I told him, he repeated it back and gave my total, asked if that was fine and told me pull around. The energy was great and i literally forgot i was running late. Shout out to the young dude with long curly hair 🤷🏽‍♀ didn’t get his name.

I just went last minute for breakfast. I just received the freshest most perfect biscuits and coffee. They were very fast and polite. I'm blown away.

So nice to finally go eat in a restaurant where the employees were so nice & the dining area and restrooms were clean! The playground was a hit for our 2 yr old grandson. The food was great.

This is a nice store. They keep it clean and the Inside is fast to order. During the afternoon the drive thru is normally busy, but they have to lanes.

The cashier was extremely nice and courteous. And my son loves the ice cream and play area.

The manedyer in D'Iberville, Biloxi store name Evelyn, was very nice when she fixed our promo ticket. The reason I said that , when claiming the survey ticket the person who take the order will call the manager to fixed it, but when some manedyer unlike Evelyn, they always look agitated. Evelyn was not like that when she fixed our promo ..she had smile in her face and very pleasant to talk, she made our day..Thank-you Evelyn!!! (This morning, 7/823) at the drive thru.

This one has some great people on the drive thru. 1 older woman of color and 1 older white woman there can easily make your day with there friendly and entertaining service. Been my go to for years. Mostly a good price for a morning frappe.

Manager didn't see me with a mask on and approached me. I thought, "Oh crud" then he was very polite and offered me one (I left mine on the counter at home). He even asked if I was still waiting for my order and sped things up. Nice folks all around. Food is best at 10:30 as its just starting lunch. I dont know how it is later.

The kindest person brought my mobile order out and everything was hot and fresh. Best McDonald’s in the area by far!

Probably the best McDonald's experience I've had. The 3 people I dealt with we're very nice. I wish I would have gotten their names. I have picky children so everything I ordered I asked to remove or add things. Everything was right and fresh.

I had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s today. They cashier was super friendly and took my four year old daughters order (no one in line behind us, so no one was inconvenienced) she was very kind and patient. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. I noticed employees were gathered in the play place, not a big deal at all. Then a sweet lady came to tell me my children would not bother them if they wanted to come in and play, I politely declined because I did not have time for the kids to play today. Lastly our server Lori was very kind and asked me several times if we needed anything, I really appreciate all the help, kindness and smiles. 👍

this goes to everyone complaining. they don’t mean to mess up your food. there is constantly new people coming in to train. mistakes will be made. everyone i know is hard working. if there is “mold” on your bun, i’m pretty sure they don’t mean to give it to you 🤨 when you order 85 million things say a big mac with “no pickles, no lettuce, no ketchup, no mustard, extra max sauce, no tomatoes” like just don’t order anything. they are rude because the customers are rude. you show up thinking you run the place and complain the fries aren’t boiling hot. do you want to wait 3 1/2 minutes for fresh boiling hot fries.

I don't know how long ago the other posters were there but I have to agree to disagree. In the last month I have ordered breakfast, lunch or dinner for a family of 5 at least 2 or more times a week. The staff has been great, not one order messed up and food was hot especially the fries. Even been there at 2:30 in the morning with the same results. .GREAT !!!!

I had my whole order messed up. I called and talk to Tamika and she told me to come back. When I got there one manger short skinny lady was rude she's very rude to me everytime I've came there. Tamika on the other hand was great and outstanding and took thing over got everything done right. She a wonderful great manger if all mangers and employees were like her all places would run smoothly

This particular experience was very nice. They no longer have the glazed tenders which is a let down. Overall this crew seemed to have it together. My wait time was minimal and my order was correct and the food was hot.

The manager and staff are always nice to me, my food is always prepared correctly, and if there's an error, the staff corrects it...I love this McDonalds, I only wish the staff made more money than ten dollars and fifty cents! How can one make a living, Mississippi needs to really increase the wages here!!
