My first time here and when I say my experience was everything I was looking for and some! It was great! I was looking for someone who specializes in natural hair. Coming from Jersey it was hard to find someone out this way. So glad I came across this Salon on google. Lafone is all about TLC! I felt like the queen I am🥰. She washed my hair with care, put me in a massage chair for 30 min while my hair was in deep conditioning. The energy was great. I felt like I was at home very relaxed. She offered me a snack. This is experience is what I needed. I got a trim and finger coils. My original plan was to get a rod set but I’m glad I tried something different. I wanted to try the coils but i was so used to the curls and Lafone told me coils will like nice on me so I gave it a try. And when I say I love my hair! I love it! Her products smell so good. My hair feels so soft and light. I purchase the foam and curl pudding can’t wait to try the whole line. Thank you so much for your care and treatment towards me and my hair. I recommend to everyone! She cares about your hair!!!

My experience at Touched by Lafone was a memory for the books. LaFone is professional and excellent at her craft. From our first phone conversation to the moment I walked into her shop I felt supported. She answered all questions in detail and took her time to give me advice for my hair treatment. Her studio is catered for all- especially Muslim women! I was able to relax and get my hair done in privacy. I felt like I was at a spa with all the comfort she provided. She has snacks, beverages, magazines, a tv, and even a chair massager. I walked in needing some TLC and walked out feeling like a goddess. I will definitely return for more services.

I always have a great experience with LaFone. She’s extremely nice, professional and makes you feel at home. Besides her being a great woman, she’s an amazing hairstylist. I always leave feeling beautiful and confident. I love how comfortable she makes me feel, something I didn’t get with other stylists. Plus, her suite is super cute. Keep up the good work!!!

Lafone is very professional. Her salon is very inviting. Had my first silk press appointment and I am very pleased! I drove 45min and I will definitely be returning to her. My hair feels good and looks good. Her products work well, and for the first time I didn't leave a salon with my scalp flaking from dandruff because of harsh chemicals. Love, love, love my new hair spot!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my twists done with LaFone. She is extremely professional. Her shop is adorable and filled with positive affirmations. She was 100% focused on me and what style worked best for me. I will definitely be returning.

I had LaFone do passion twists on my hair. I love the way it came out and I love the service. She washed and blew out my hair. All I had to do was provide the hair. Amazing service! Not only is she personable but extremely flexible with her booking. She got my microlocs back in shape and gave me advice on how to better maintain my locs. Looking forward to booking with her again!!

Lafone was very professional and did a great job on my hair. From the wash to the style, it was obvious that she was very experienced. She was nice to talk to and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

I had the best virtual makeup lesson! She was so patient with me. I was finally able to master eye shadow blending. She gave great product recommendations and gave super easy to follow instructions. I really enjoyed the class and got more than my money's worth.

Touched by Lafone is a “must try”. I walked in with dry, brittle, damaged hair and out with the most healthy feeling/looking hair I’ve had in years. Lafone not only takes the time to explain her process in getting your hair back in shape, she also uses quality products(products by Lafone). Im in the chair at my scheduled appt time and out at the time listed on her site. She not only cares about your hair, she also cares about your time…I’ve never experienced sitting and waiting at Lafone. Where do I begin??? From her flexibility with appts to her warm & inviting deamenor, LaFone has gained a NEW client!!! I was completely left in disbelief or more liked SHOCKED by her thorough yet amazing styling skills!! The salons of TODAY or STYLIST of TODAY are just not interested in long-term Hair Care, flexibility, or educated on what not to do to the hair just to achieve a look or specific hairstyle. Weellllllll this beautiful soul was not only meant to lay hands on heads, she is the FREAKIN' whole package!!!! Her gentle hands helped me to feel comfortable and when she was done with my hair (in about 2 hrs) I knew I had found my new stylist! Skilled is an understatement...you must book, don't hesitate...you'll THANK ME LATER 😉

I had my first appointment today with Lafone and she was amazing! My hair was damaged and uneven and with her magic I walked away with a head full of soft beautiful hair! She did a consultation and accommodated my girls with an appointment the next day. She treated my girls with such kindness and patience. Ms. Rosalyn was great! This was my first time being styled by her with my locs and it was a great experience. She was patient with me as my GPS had me everywhere under the sun, and she continued to provide me correct directions until I arrived. When I arrived she was personable and we talked a bit. She is fast but efficient! The products she used, her own styling cream, to retwist locs by the way, smelled amazing! I ended up leaving satisfied and will continue to return. I purchased her oil and hair mist for my hair as I wait to see her again in a couple weeks. She listened to my needs and she made sure I was comfortable as she styled my hair. If you’re looking for a professional, personable, and friendly stylist Ms. Rosalyn is it!

A wonderful experience I had with her. For entering the door she makes you feel so comfortable. The process she does to install your locks was so nice and neat. She’s a great person and a wonderful hair stylist.
