Jack's Donuts of Richmond

Excellent donuts a little pricey. But in this day and age, the way prices are.
You get what you pay for quality. And they deliver it.

I think it needs to be more known that while the donuts are wonderful, they also have amazing energy Boba drinks! You also get a stamp card when you purchase any drink that is handmade, which let's you get a seventh small drink free. 10/10 love this place!

Donuts were delicious, but not enough on hand!

They have fresh doughnutsice cream coffee and tasty handmade energy drinks little on the pricey side but worth every penny you can get Jack's dozen donuts and it doesn't donut holes for $19.50

I live within a 3 or 4 minute walk, so am I at this store just about everyday. Staff is new, but learning quick. Donuts are freshly delivered twice daily. Drinks are made to order. Excellent addition to east side in Richmond.

This place has the best doughnuts! They are so fresh and have the best flavor. The variety is amazing! The store is super clean and the staff is always so sweet. Besides doughnuts, they serve an assortment of coffee drinks, hot & cold. Plus, they have ice cream you can get in a regular cone, waffle cone, or as a creation!

AWESOME doughnuts but, they run out of stock, a lot!! I'm not sure why they don't make the doughnuts at this particular store. They have to wait for the doughnuts to be delivered from another store. People wait out in the parking lot for the delivery to come in. One of the times we went in the guy behind the counter said they run out every day. When you drive 20 minutes to the store just to find out they have zero doughnuts, that's kinda frustrating.

Donuts were delicious, reminded me of grays donuts. Staff friendly & efficient. Jack's donuts are the best I've had in a while, better than Bismarck donuts, because Jack's donuts are generously iced & glazed.

My 3 grandkids love the Bobas from here! But, also could not get out of there without donuts! Staff are courteous and helpful!

As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the staff. Super fast and friendly service. My frappe and doughnuts were delicious! Will definitely be returning!

Good donuts. They haven't thinned out there icing yet like there compation has done. It's nice knowing I'm not going to be behind someone having a breakfast platter made & having to stand there & wait on them !!!

I love Jack's doughnuts and the staff are very friendly and I just hope that they will be coming out with boba tea with coffee instead of just boba energy drinks.

Some of the best donuts I've ever had and exceptionally good coffee! Staff was pleasant and efficient.

Their hand packed ice cream is phenomenal.

Always the best, just a little disappointed there were no donut holes. But I understand being short staffed.

Donuts are huge and delicious. Not a huge variety, but what they do have are great.

Great donuts!! Slow sometimes, due to shortage of workers like so many places.

So glad they opened up here. My daughter loves the Boba energy/tea.
