We had the best experience of getting transmission rebuilt at this place. Paul Harris is the best transmission mind and a thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced mechanic in the business. Greg was very helpful and courteous in answering all our questions and providing assistance through out the process. This company is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work!

These guys do great work. Not the first vehicle I've had them work on and probably not the last. You get what you pay for and I trust them. They even had a 4x4 4L60E already rebuilt on the shelf so they just needed time to get it in the shop. So much better than my 300k one I roasted. Thanks guys!

Great service every time. I've had my diesel truck emissions done here a few times and since I'm always overdue for one, I add on an oil change/inspection. They're honest about what truly needs to be replaced right then (which was only once), and they tell me what may need replacement at my next regular inspection, even though I have those done at a place closer to home.
I've always been able to get an appointment within a few days and they get both services done in less than and hour (usually 30-45 minutes).. **I always go during weekday work hours... not evenings or weekends., so I can't speak to those busier times.

I highly recommend them for these services!

In the two service visits I have had with H&M I have been very impressed with the professional and friendly service. As this truck is my first diesel, Greg has really offered me balanced and sound advice on how to care for it. In this last visit they were more than fair in how they handled my repair work. Great shop, good customer service and fixes done right the first time

I usually take my dodge there for emissions but my clutch was going bad. Called them up got a appointment. Took my truck down on a Wed, it was done and ready by that Friday. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Truck drives better than it ever did.

I have been a customer to H&M and I love those guys! They ALWAYS get it right! They price things fairly and correctly, I have never had any issues! I took my Jeep in for a misfire issue and they took great care of me. I priced the work with 2 other shops, including the dealership and they were right on the "money". I used to take my Nissan to a competitor and when I brought it to the H&M EXPERTS they found out that Keller Auto was not putting synthetic oil in my car and I just about lost it all! The mechanic flushed and fixed everything! The Nissan runs like new again! I also have my daughters Jeep serviced there! It has over 120k on it and they keep it running great!
Furthermore, they are always STRAIGHT FORWARD. They know what they are doing and I would trust them with any vehicle I own!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. This is the best mechanic I have personally worked with and I am blown away by the service. They went above and beyond and fixed minor issues on the car free of charge. Great people, great mechanics, bring your car here.

I have been taking my vehicles for around 4 years to H&M and have been very happy with their work. Transmission service has always been done to my satisfaction and they clearly explain what is going on with my vehicles. They use fluids that are highly rated and I know as I am a big researcher. I call for a good day to bring my vehicle in and it is always done on time. Love how knowledgeable and upbeat Steph is at the front desk.

I was very impressed with H&M with my front bumper replacement. The paint matching was high quality and they even took care of installing new brakes on my car while the other work was being done. Easy to work with and were very accommodating with my busy schedule.

We have been to several shops around town and the other Castle Rock transmission shop that we'd never go back to. Someone referred us to H and M when our Jeep liberty needed a transmission rebuild. We were treated fairly the job done in a timely manner. We have since been back for other repairs and would recommend them.

We've taken our vehicles to H&M for major repairs as well as regular maintenance and I'm always impressed. Mike and the crew always have such great customer service and I always feel confident that my car is in good shape when I drive away. I would highly recommend H&M Transmission.

I was terrified to be taking my car in a transmission shop with what I though was serious transmission problem. I turns out that the problem was a reasonably simple fix. I recently used H&M to repair a cracked bumper on my 2001 VW Beetle. The car is old and has high mileage so I didn't want to spend a lot getting the damage repaired. They were able to source low cost replacement parts and fixed it in a day. The car now looks great and the repair cost me less than half the price of the first quote I received from the dealer. If you're anywhere near Castle Rock, I highly recommend H&M for collision repair and general automotive repair and maintenance.

Huge shout out to Dr. Mike & Dr. Paul at H&M Transmission. We have a 1961 converted ice cream truck, ‪#‎HUMPHREY‬, that is the only "store" we have for Ooey Gooey. They are the only ones I trust with this truck after really sketchy service else where! Wednesday, I had to tow Humphrey to them after the battery cables melted and filled the cab with smoke - scary, right?!?! I cannot say enough about this local, veteran-owned company that knew I had huge events scheduled this weekend and needed the truck to honor the commitments we had made. They worked hard until #HUMPHREY came back to life, were great at answering my questions and explaining what had happened so I can understand it, showing me the melted cables, and doing whatever they had to do to have our vehicle back in time for a private party on Saturday. Thank you!!!

H and M have performed numerous repairs on both of my vehicles. They stand by their work. One of my vehicles is older and they have been quite considerate about helping me detain this Chevy. Their customer service is A plus. Thank you H&M.
