If you are looking for a nationwide insurance company that provides that local customer interaction that is lacking these days, the client reps in the local office are just who you are looking for. The best part of making the call was the rate they provided for both my home and auto insurance was lower than any other quote by far. Thanks to Carrie, Steve and the team!

I give them one star because they keep going up on my car insurance, which is ridiculous since they are all old cars. They need to give a discount for disabled veterans. My husband is a disable vet. And the other reason I'm giving you one star is my husband hit a deer a year ago. Took his truck to Elite Body shop now Collision One in Kilmarnock, VA to get it repaired. The truck had been there a year and they have not started working on the truck. But they have been paid to repair this truck. This is unacceptable for Collision One to do this. It is also unacceptable for State Farm to let this happen and not do nothing about it. This is BAD FOR BUSINESS for COLLISION ONE AND STATE FARM.

If you like your monthly premium going up every month! This is your agent! My monthly premium has been going up for the last almost a year! And it seems like there’s no sign of stopping, I’ve had my insurance through this branch and company since I’ve had a license to drive! And that’s been about 35 years, talk about loyalty! But that’s ok there are plenty of other companies that will gladly insure my 5 vehicles! Get your insurance here if you like spending money!! No stars in my opinion but I had to leave one so this would go through.
