Stopped at Lowe's to return some things gs, pick up an order and buy some paint. The lady at the paint counter was awesome, I wish I would have gotten her name. She was so helpful.

Ordered ahead, but wanted to pick out a plant for mom. The staff was helpful and friendly and this is the BEST garden department I have ever seen in a Lowes or anywhere for that matter. It took all I had not to stay and buy a buggy full of beautiful plants. 🥰

I feel like I live here because I shop here so often. The workers are friendly and polite. Beyond that, it's Lowes. It's a hardware store and garden shop. They probably have whatever you need if you're a home owner, and they have better hours than the other hardware places in town. There's been a few times I had a plumbing emergency, and they were the only place open to get what I needed.

Lowes is my go-to place for anything hardware related. They have great pro programs if you take the time to learn how they work and how best to take advantage of them. I highly recommend opening a pro account if you are working on a large project and you can get massive discounts if you group your orders. I recently had to purchase 16k worth of materials. I added 5k of tools and misc things for other projects and with the VSP discount the final order was around 17k. So 4k of that extra stuff was basically free. Pro tip: every time you pass a 10k mark, the discount jumps significantly.

Has a great selection of products even though this is a rural area. Great, friendly staff that always strives to find what you are searching for

Been coming here for lumber and other project needs for a while and everytime I go in there when Trent Whittington is working he helps me find what I need if I can't find it and other times when he doesn't seem to have much going on he comes to help me load whatever I may have into my truck without me asking for help! Great employee that does his job and more!

Nicest guy named Willy works in the lumbar department. He gave us outstanding service! My husband needed some boards cut to an exact length and Willy did it with no fuss. My husband even tried to tip him and he said no, just leave a good review. So here's your good review Willy and Lowe's!

Rural America Lowes has all the same stuff as one in a large metropolitan area and about 1% of the shoppers. Service is excellent and knowledgeable and I just feel relaxed to take my time and get what I need.

Update I was shopping on 6-23-22 and I was given great customer service from Ryan, Trent, Allen and David. thank you. Manager is fantastic I bought a refrigerator and it was dented when we got it home and he was nice enough to give me a discount with pics of it and I did not have to return it.

This is a shout out to Rhonda who works at the register in the Lowes Store in Marianna Florida. We were shopping in there yesterday (3/21/24) and she was outstanding, she helped us with everything we needed and rang our order up fast and efficient. Be sure to pass this on to her store so she gets the recognition she deserves.

We frequent this Lowes having bought a very in depth fixer upper house two years ago and always having a project. The employees are so great and quick to help. They almost always have everything we need. Got a great deal on scratch and dent appliances here as well. This is a great lowes!

I went to get some mulch and it was a quick in and out trip. Helen and Victor did a great job helping me load the bags into my car. Very pleased with my experience.

Lowe's is my place to go for all my Gardening they carry everything you need to have your own little garden ! There plants are just beautiful so you have alot to pick from

I'm leaving this review because I was amazed at how great the customer service was and all departments I went into today. I moved here just around Christmas and up until today I had not been happy with the customer service received at this Lowe's. But today Peter and Angel and the tile department were so helpful, the plumbing department people went out of their way to get something for my husband who was very tired and struggling to walk and other departments were so helpful as well. I hope this is the new norm! Given that it's spring and it was busy I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my visit today.

Great experience in all the departments I visited with the acception of Appliances. The first employee I spoke to had no idea what he was doing or what he was talking about. No knowledge of appliances I went to another individual who was standing around chit-chatting with another employee and asked who was working the appliance department and her response was "he is" I then asked, who is he? and she said that guy over there but looks like he's busy right now as she turned and walked away. I waited approximately 10 more minutes looking at appliances IE:washers and dryers. I was never approached by anybody else to see if I needed any assistance. I was prepared to purchase a washer dryer combo today but we'll go elsewhere

Bridget in flooring is very knowledgeable, attentive to
what is needed, and understanding. We appreciate her kindness. We had a bad experience getting the correct measurements for outdoor carpet for a disability ramp.the other sore was off by a lot. She listened to our issue. Understood that it had to be right. Our granddaughter has Cerebral palsy and got her first wheelchair. We really appreciate her kind and caring personality. She is one of the best employees we have come across in a long time. If you need flooring ask for Bridget. She gets it right!
