The care at TOC was genuine. Something that stood out to me from the 1st visit was they gave me service without a long wait. It is hard enough to set aside the time to go to an appointment. When the staff runs late on the service it just seems so disrespectful. TOC is usually on time without a long wait. Thank you!

Doctor and staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone answered any and all questions we had. Dr. Mejia explained what all would be done during surgery. Everyone on the surgery team was helpful and attentive to my daughter and told her everything they was doing before they did anything. My daughter said she had a great experience before during and after her surgery. We would recommend Dr. Mejia and all the staff at TOC.

I heard about Dr. Stephens from a friend that raved about the quality of his service and how satisfied she was with her results. Dr. Stephens was so down-to-earth and took the time to describe the various procedures available to address my condition. He was punctual, yet didn’t make me feel rushed for time - he was open for questions and helped me to understand my options by describing the specific details and results of each. He was very thorough and genuine. His nurse was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to map out my visit and explain the next steps in the process.

It was my first visit at TOC and it was excellent! Front desk, Reagan, Michelle and Matt were all welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Selah was excellent! She took time to explain everything in a way I could understand, was very thorough, checked everything on my foot and ankle, and went the extra mile to consult with a colleague about giving me an injection because of her concern of possible interactions/complications/infection. Nothing in the visit was rushed and I felt like every concern/question I had was addressed. I have no doubt I'll be taken care of during my treatment with them. I would definitely recommend Selah and TOC to everyone I know. Thank you!!

Amazing experience and ARNP Selah Barfield spent time explaining the details I needed to know. I appreciated the care and thought she showed as a provider as well as her staff. TOC had always been excellent in there care. I have nothing but high praises for their professionalism and care.

I have had the best experience with the TOC staff. Before and after my surgery they have been there for me. Calling and checking on me. Everyone has been so helpful. When I call with questions they call me right back. I have been so pleased with the quality of care I have received. Thank you Dr. Bellamy, both of his AARNP in Marianna and all the staff. Kim Hagen was very thorough with me as well as explaining what was going on with me. Very professional of Hagen,nurse and x-ray lady. The only complaint is to call their office and never talk to a live person but robots.

Services always great at tlc. Sheila barfield is the person who administers my shot in my left shoulder every 3 months. I can't even feel the needle going in. She's excellent. Wonderful personality. And always is interested in your care and well-being.

Provider was very professional, with an ability to make you feel at ease. She thoroughly explained her findings and the strategy plan to be executed. The Provider was very kind and knowledgeable.
