Landline MSP Airport Shuttle

I used Landline MSP airport shuttle service in conjunction with my SunCountry flight from MSP to Duluth and then the return trip!! Both routes were on time with pleasant, friendly and cautious drivers!

The buses were so comfortable with reclining seats, outlets to charge your electronic devices and easily accessible free wifi! There was a lavatory on each bus so no stops are necessary!

It was such a a pleasure sitting back in such a warm and comfortable setting and letting the kind driver do all the work transporting us to our destination!

I will use them again in the future (along with my family members) when traveling north to see loved ones!!

The bus seats were roomy and the ride was comfortable. The non-stop route worked well. Easy way to get to Duluth to MSP and back. Thanks. Perhaps - another Duluth area pickup location with free parking would be a good addition. Near Midway Road?

Very pleased with our experience! We didn't realize once we drove to Eau Claire we would be getting on a shuttle to Minneapolis but that was my fault, I didn't read the details! It was a wonderfully, safe ride to Minneapolis. It was great getting to know our driver Paula who just so happened to have the best safety rating of the drivers. On our way back our flight was delayed. I called Landline to see what we could do. Not much unfortunately. However, once we arrived in MSP we discovered our driver had no other passengers so they waited for us! What a blessing! I couldn't have been more pleased with Landline!!! Highly recommend!!

The ticket prices were fair, the shuttle was on time. Our driver was personable and smiled while giving the Welcome Talk, a pleasant change from the last few gruff old drivers of Groome. The bus was clean. It was gorgeous with it’s newer, “wood” panel floor and black upholstery. My nephew and I had a nice trip.

Used Landline recently for our trip to Phoenix and was a great experience. The bus departed right on time from DLH and we had a comfortable ride down to MSP for a connection with Sun Country. Was able to check in for our connecting flight and check bags. Will ride again in the future

Fantastic experience every time. We have used this service to MSP repeatedly. It's nice to not have to drive to the airport and have the hassle of parking in the lot. We just get on a comfortable bus or van and head home. Thanks for offering this service!

We took Landline from Loveland, CO to DEN. The coach feels luxurious, quiet and smooth even on the construction zones of I-25. It was quick, arriving a bit early and even departed about 4 minutes early. We are using again for our next trip!

I took Landline for the first time from the Minneapolis airport to Duluth today! Great communication & driver, plus a really comfy ride at an excellent price! Highly recommend!

My flight cancelled out of Duluth this past Sunday. The airlines announced to passengers that a bus service could take us to Minneapolis for the evening or a connecting flight. I was amazed at Landline. From the moment I boarded and noticed such a modern fleet vehicle to what would be a very customer service focused host, I knew I had made a wise decision for transportation that would ultimately lead me to a destination where I could get a flight the next day. I would not hesitate to use Landline again when visiting Duluth or Minneapolis. Their attention to detail and customer care are second to none!!

Wow- saved money and time taking the bus from Duluth rather than trying to figure out a flight ... It was a first experience, but very helpful and waited on hold and even received a return phone call from them. Was on time and a comfortable ride apart from the bathroom door slamming every-time the bus turned a corner or stopped. It must not have latched correctly lol.. made my connecting flight in Minneapolis with ease... I’d travel with them again

Both trips down and back were great! Drivers (Matthew and Jesse) were friendly and timely, lifted my heavy luggage for me, and the bus was very comfortable. Will definitely be taking this again in the future!

Loved this shuttle. I had never been on a plane before and I was going 200 miles north of minniapoles. This shuttle got me to Duluth and allowed my family to save gas. They were all very nice and the bus was comfy. I will definitely use it again when I come back to minnisota. I hope they expand. They were cheap but quality.

Very nice bus! Affordable, on-time, easy and exactly as described. Would 100% take this bus again! Drops you off at either Terminal as well.

Better than any other bus service from Duluth to the Cities. It was incredibly cheap, wonderful service, plus free treats, wifi, and chargers. There were no stops which made the trip faster and a bathroom on-board. My favorite!

Our group was separated on two different times and Joan in Minneapolis worked hard and got us all on same bus she is great. The bus driver was friendly trip was very nice

Landline delivers with friendly-competent drivers. Limited options if you have a late night flight but worth the wait to save on airport parking costs. Try landline to your airline.

So much cheaper and the busses are way cheaper then Jefferson and any other shuttle going to Minneapolis. One way or round trip. Friendly staff and you get free snacks and soda. The only down fall is the times. Not as frequent, but still my #1 choice.

Great experience from DLH airport to MSP for a long weekend trip to Ft. Myers. Clean bus and friendly driver- highly recommend

I was please that I was able to ride on a bus again. The past few times have been on an airport shuttle van, and those rides were not comfortable due to crowded seating.

Best bus experience and totally worth the money, even at upwards of $20! Saves you time and money! Snacks and friendly workers too. Definitely will travel again!
