Frontier Communications

Frontier's Fiber Network is a whole new animal. Their DSL service was pretty abisimal, but since switching to Frontier for Fiber Optic, I couldn't be happier. The price is great, the service has been absolutely incredible and the install technician did a great job. Frontier's Fiber Optics has been far more reliable than Cox, which I switched from.
If you've heard bad things about Frontier in the past, I would recommend giving their Fiber a shot. I never thought I would give a positive review to this company, but here we are. Very pleased with Frontier at this point.

We have not had any service issues. The internet works fine and the telephone is fine. We had one issue in the beginning with billing but that was fixed. Cheaper than Cox.

Hidden charges

I had issues for plan frontier told it will cos monthly 25$ n u got my bill in mail $102. After i try to call them is fail no bady picup. Poor phone service..i try full week then i got halp n reduced litle n i payd bt is k

As of right now, all departments at frontier are closed due to a system wide update. Expected to take around 72 HOURS to complete. So if you're expecting to do anything with your account, best to wait a few days. I'm gonna have to.

Only getting two stars for the fiber internet, because it is amazing.. when it works. Then you get to deal with "customer service". The worst of any company I've ever dealt with. As soon as there is a cheaper option, I'm switching. I'll also never recommend them again.

Credit card was compromised and put new one in for automatic payments and was charged late fee. Shame on you Frontier.

I am without service from December 17th and I am being told to wait until December 22nd for service. I explained the need for immediate attention due to the fact that my kids does school from home. I am told that they can't get anyone to my home any sooner. Please be aware Frontier do not care about its customers and their needs. I am also being told that I have to pay for the service guy coming out to my home to fix their issues. You been warned.

I run a medical practice and got WiFi installed through Frontier. It has given me issues since installation. I had to hire an IT team and install more routers and a switch which did not help. When I had frontier technician Bill over in my office to troubleshoot, he was extremely rude, loud and condescending. He disrupted my entire office As I had patients in the waiting room. I had to ask him to leave. I will have to cancel the service through Frontier.

Phone service failed. Set up appointment for repair, Frontier said sometime today between 8am and 5pm. Stayed home the entire day. At 5.15 they asked if we'd like to reschedule. Garbage customer service.

The entire experience was abysmal from install to trying to close the account. The install tech gave me attitude about putting the router in a different room and was basically complaining about doing his job. My service went out for 5 days and the only answer i received as to why was “it looks like an area outage and should be fixed in 24 hours”. Never was fixed, I immediately closed the account. Fast forward to 6 months later and they are still contacting me about paying an overdue bill after clearing it up on the phone 3 separate times. Worst service out there across all platforms. GARBAGEEEE.

If I could give negative stars I would. I will NEVER do business with them again. And I would NOT recommend them. My story is way too long to explain in writing.

When I had trouble connecting to the internet, I asked for a technician to visit and fix the problem. My appointment was for the afternoon. I went out to do errands during the morning, and shortly after that received a text saying sorry you missed your appointment with Frontier. I called Frontier immediately, and they said the technician was in the area and stopped by because it was convenient. Convenient? For the technician? Seriously? No phone call or text informing me of the change. Terrible customer service. I will change internet providers as soon as I can.
