Cox Store

Britney was my sales rep she helped me big time. She is extremely sweet and knows her job. I have never had a totally bad experience with cox and I stay going back to them. Thank you for your great customer service

Staff at this store were friendly and helpful. Even though the store was full when I walked in and all the attendants were busy, it didn't take long for them to call me and the rep that helped me was very friendly and courteous. Waiting time included, my issue was resolved within 20 minutes. The rep told me in the future, if I need to come into the store on Saturday, to come in the afternoon after 1:00 p.m. She said that they're really busy on Saturday mornings because everyone gets there early and all the way through noon time; but that after 1:00pm it gets very slow and there's almost no customers that come in after 1:30pm until they close so just a heads up for anyone who needs to visit on a Saturday.

Brought my receiver in today because it wasn't working properly. The customer service representative was extremely kind and helpful. I was there for less than 15 minutes and was on my way home with upgraded equipment. Seriously a great experience.

I've always had mediocre experiences with cable outlets, so I was hesitant to go to this local store to swap out a bad remote, make a change to service, and add another TV to our system. To my surprise, the employee saw me walking across the parking lot with the remote, and when I opened the door he was standing there and just handed me the new remote and took the bad one, no questions asked! When I told him about the other changes we needed to make, he quickly placed the order, scheduled the technician's visit for the next morning ... and told me he was able to add the new services and upgrade much of what we already had in a way that actually reduced by monthly bill by $1. In the past, when dealing with a different cable company, I was used to waiting in line forever, getting the third degree whenever we had a problem, etc. But this Cox store location really impressed me.

I had to return a modem after getting a new one and saw from my Google maps it had a pretty low rating. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The manager was there and seemed to make himself avaiable had any issues arose, as they often do with telecommunication companies.
He was attentive as was the man behind the counter who took my old modem. Afterwards, he walked to the door to hold it open for me. Surprising, to say the least.
5 stars for the service, 5 stars for the cleanliness and 5 stars to that manager. It's nice to see someone who takes pride in his job.

I've always had good experience here. The staff has been pleasant and helpful and willing to work with me to meet my needs. Certainly cable TV is not cheap, but Cox is the best best provider that I have seen.

After a storm, my router blew up and they replaced it for free no questions asked!

I and my friend went there to get a new connection. The guy attended us immediately and took care of it and responded to all our questions patiently. He also upgraded my connection on request. He seemed to be a cool guy.

this store is nice perk for some stingy Cox process. This is available to provide instant support to devices, returns & payments etc. Need more of these stores to improve customer experience.

I just gave you five stars but truthfully I wanted to give you one because I live in East Hartford and you're right there in Manchester and I can even get your cox. so funny
