Llyod is a dedicated employee who strives to meet the needs of his customers! I can't thank him enough for all the support and assistance he's provided!

Very friendly help. Took their time helping me get my phone transferred and setup. Also showed me how to use things I never knew I even had on my phone. Lloyd was great and funny and I will be coming back to see him.

Came in today for some help with my bill and Lloydd not only helped with that but updated a lot of perks on my account. He is so polite and so knowledgable and I couldn't be happier with his service. DONT AVOID THE LLOYDD 😊

Ashley was absolutely AMAZING!!! Helped my mom set up of her phone then got me updated to a new one. She stayed after her shift to make sure that we were taken care of. Lloyd spent over two hours helping me get back into my icloud. We have been going to him for 12 years and wouldnt have it any other way. This is why his customer service is top notch! Not even apple was able to help me.

We always use this store. We used to deal with Louis but this time we went and saw Lloyd. Lloyd was very patient with me and made sure that I had all of my contacts and texts before I left. He even put on my pop socket. He was incredibly patient and kind. Will definitely be going to him from now on.

Been coming to this store for years. Used to see Louis, and for the past few years I have come to trust in the Lloyd. Joe is very helpful too. Verizon and I have gone round and round in the past but Lloyd and Joe have gotten me fixed more times than I can count. Don't go anywhere else. This is the only store I'll ever go to.
