Being a never quit type of guy, I spend nearly 2 frustrating days attempting to get my new computer to recognize my printer. I finally broke down and called PC Solutions. They sent a very personable young man, Josh, to my office and in a matter of 15 minutes had me back up and running. I have used PC Solutions in the past with great results. Amazing company and Josh is an amazing technician!

We took our laptop in to because the camera quit working for Zoom meetings, etc. They fixed it while we waited in a manner of minutes. And they didn’t charge us a cent. We are so grateful for such great and professional customer service!

They were definitely helpful. The people were super nice and honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. They had exactly what I was looking for at a really good price, which is great when you're trying to set up your rig and not wanting to wait at least 2 days when ordering from Amazon. Really of your in the area and need help or equipment for your PC call them first. You won't be disappointed.

I initially took my HP All-In-One to Best B*Y, where they said it would be done in about a week, but nine days later, they hadn't even started working on it! I needed my computer for business, so I snagged it back from them, got a refund, and took it to PC Solutions. They are very professional and friendly, fixed my computer issue right away and for WAY less than the other placed charged. I will definitely use their services in the future and I highly recommend PC Solutions!

I did my college internship with PC Solutions, so I have been behind the curtain. The staff at PC Solutions is top notch. They’re dedication to customer service is second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable. I had a great experience during my time there. I would take my computer there for service, I cannot give a higher recommendation than that. They are a family owned small business, and very well run. Five stars because I can’t give 10.

Great reliable service. Finding a company to come to your home is getting harder and harder. Not PC Solutions. They were timely, knew what they were doing and fairly priced. The entire staff at PC Solutions is professional and friendly. I took in my Mac computer which is 10 years old and they were helpful in assisting with the purchase of a Mac. They also flawlessly transferred everything from my old Mac to my new Mac and I have experienced zero issues. I was able to hold onto my older computer in the event I needed a backup or if I want to get it fixed. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to do service with them. I recommend them to everyone. You will be pleased with the quality of care of your products.

Called them, got my laptop to them and they fixed it in one day. I considered going to Geek Squad but after my last visit there, I wanted a place that has good reviews and knows what to do without breaking my wallet. I am very satisfied with my visit today and will be taking all of my electronics there from now on. plus the store itself is very comforting to be in.

Straightforward and easy to use this service. Worked with Mike and and Adam. Very reasonably priced especially for knowledge of the team at this company. No issues having them remote in and take care of things. Highly recommend, even if you are not living in the Jackson MI area!

Great customer service, very professional and the very helpful. I caught a viscous virus right before a very important DJ gig. They were very helpful and understanding of the importance of getting my computer completed. Though they did not get it done in time, I did love the effort and the professionalism to meet my needs. I am much appreciated of the effort to meet the customer's needs.

Update: Received a call from this location apologizing for the length of time its taken and for the vague update I received on the phone earlier today. He was very professional and and reassured me that they have been tracking the progress on my laptop. I originally gave this 2 stars. Honestly I didn't expect them to even notice the review or really care. I am pleasantly surprised and delighted with the way this was handled. Thank you!

This is a great place to bring your laptop for upgrading. They do an excellent job and the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The prices are good and they have a quick turn around. I'm very pleased with both experiences I've had with them.

My laptop would not open Windows. I brought it to PC Solutions to have it fixed. Danielle, Mike, and Elaine assisted me through checking in, paying my bill, and repairing my laptop. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Mike contacted me with updates on the progress of the fix and advised what needed to be done. I would recommend using this business for all computer repairs.

I had a problem with my laptop just shutting off on its own. I was afraid my entire laptop might need replaced. PC solutions was able to find the problem quickly, they even let me use my laptop while the part was waiting to be shipped. It takes a few weeks to get everything in order, but the service was professional on all levels. Would go to again.

PC Solutions was GREAT! The took my dead and they brought it back to life. They installed a solid state hard drive to replace the bad one. I would highly recommend PC Solutions!! Fast, professional and great service!

My computer's drive was dying on a Saturday, of course. I sent emails to three local places. Mike at PC Solutions called me first thing Monday. I dropped my computer off immediately thereafter and got it back first ting Wednesday. Hats off to Mike, Sarah, and all the friendly people there. Topnotch service from very friendly people.

PC Solutions has been tending to the computer needs for myself and my business (40 employees). We are on a service contract with them for our entire system and purchase all of our hardware through them.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They made my transition from a crashed old computer to a new one easy. I took my old one in, they transferred everything over, and restored my data on my new computer. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly and made what could have been an awful experience pleasant. God forbid I have another computer problem, I'll be back!

Came in with an issue dealing with hard drives not showing and they were able to fix it and explain to me what had happened. Very personable people, easy to talk with and know exactly what is being asked of them when presented with an issue.
