Well I happen to have bought 3 vehicles from them even financed all 3 and I had great luck actual the day I paid off my first car I left it there and took off in my new truck but I’ve always had nothing but good helpful staff and good running vehicles from them! Sorry to hear that was not the case for some of you l. Actually they took a chance on me because of my time at employer to finance me when nobody else would here I am 3 vehicles later because of then and still currently own the first purchase from 2010 as a back up car still start right up and goes!!! I’ll continue to be a returning customer!

Last spring (2023), while looking for a car for my fiance, we traveled to southern Ohio and to Northern Michigan (ALL OVER) looking at cars, we lived in Monroe and long behold she had done business here before but they didn't have anything when we looked a few weeks back, We decided to check it them out again and we found a 2014 accord. Test drove it and she fell in love! It had 201,000 miles but Honda's run forever. We made a reasonable cash deal and here we are today (Feb. 12 2024) and the car has 220,000 miles and has been up to northern Michigan numerous times and to Tennessee for our vacation. The staff and owner were very friendly (Especially the owner if you're into Mopars like I am!) I would without hesitation purchase another vehicle from here.

Customer service was great! I had a 2 hr drive to look at a car and it was exactly as represented. Price was extremely affordable.

Had a great experience and am very happy with the car. Honest, family business. Be aware that these are budget, as-is cars, BUT they let you take them pretty much for the day - not just an around the block “test drive”. That’s HUGE. Pay a mechanic to look it, pay for the CarFax. Know what you’re buying and you can’t go wrong here.

Bought a jeep from here today, the staff specifically Kendra was amazing made us feel like family right away, I had been looking for a few weeks and they were always honest with me. They even let me take the jeep to have it checked by a mechanic before purchasing. They made the process so easy. I highly recommend hedges, the prices are very fair compared to other used dealers. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Great experience! We have bought 2 vehicles from them. My husband's truck is still running strong with 240,000 miles. Pretty sad that people leave bad reviews because their car has an issue a month later. Did you get your car checked out by a mechanic before you purchased it??? If not that is your bad. You can only find out so much when buying and selling a vehicle. I am sure these men never want any of there cars to have issues after selling it. I picked up a car at Hedges about 6 weeks ago and already put 2500 miles on it and I've had no surprises come up and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was allowed to take it to my mechanic 30 minutes away before purchasing and they did find a couple very little things and I mean LITTLE that is normal for a car of its age but nothing was hidden or attempted to disguise any problems like I have experienced in the past and why I would never buy a used car again without an inspection first. I will definitely check Hedges first next time I need a vehicle.

We bought a used car from hedges and couldnt be happier with our experience. They worked with us on price and even gave us a fair price on the car we traded in. Friendly, fast, and will take care of you. Was a bout to buy one of their cars and they let me know that they had to put it into their shop for repairs before i could buy it and they covered the cost. Second car from them and i love it, I will buy another from them
