Wonderful and honest people. Penny was very helpful and paid me well for my old vehicle I needed gone (a few months back). I called around everywhere to do cash for car service, savior is by far the best and offered me more for it than anyone else could.
I've recently called for advice on getting another vehicle towed..Penny provided honest advice and was extremely helpful. I usually get anxious calling tow companies, but this one I can expect great service!

Brody at Savior Towing was a class act. Needed my old car towed to the dealership to trade it in and he was there in 30 minutes. Very professional and made sure everything went smooth. Would recommend to anyone that needed a tow!

My 21 y/o daughter who is a student at Whitewater ended up in a ditch in a snowy day and Savior Towing helped me help her. I live nowhere near her and felt very helpless. They were super helpful and responsive. I am so grateful!

Just call them already. I can tell you about how they were fast to our accident and pulled us out of a ditch in the middle of the night in the freezing cold .. literally 30 min. I can tell you about how nice they treated us and walked us thru what options we had in the area for a hotel, storage of our vehicle. I can tell you about how they let us clean out our car the next day from their lot and made time to be there so we can gain access. I can tell you about how they helped us track down the other driver that hit us days after the incident.... Long story but I got tired of waiting for the trooper crash report and we both ended up in opposite ditches far apart after spinning on ice on expressway so I never got the drivers name etc .. well they helped me get in touch w him even though for them they rendered service already and didn't have to spend the time.. if you need a tow in the area, they got you covered. Can't thank them enough.

My sons car was struck and totalled New Years Eve 2021-2022. Savior was so responsive and kind. They even met us at their lot to let us get all my sons belongs out of the car at almost 1 am. This is a wonderful family owned company with empathy seldom seen today. Please support them when you can.

They went above and beyond to help us after we were stranded for five hours in our vehicle, not their fault. it was exceptional service with care for our car, and understood the importance of safety straps. Very thankful for the good conversation while we we stressed and the great recommendations that were provided. Even the final dropping us home so we can enjoy your bed at three in the morning. My husband called on 7/19/2023 and was able to schedule someone to come tow our car on 7/18/2023 for a very decent quote. Brody called my husband 15mins before he arrived, and was super professional! I've never encountered a business with a more perfect name. Savior Towing was my first result when I Googled for a tow truck-- after I calmed down after sliding all over the road and coming to rest in a ditch for the first time in my life. My personal savior arrived quickly and was friendly, patient, and professional despite the freezing weather and his phone ringing constantly. I'd call them in a heartbeat if I ever need help again.

They were fast and very reasonable! We were stuck on the expressway and needed a tow asap! We called several places in Janesville and most were rude or were going to be hours before they could get to us. We were stuck in a not very safe location on the highway, Savior Towing were true to their name! They were very friendly on the phone and in person. Plus they understood our situation and got us the help we needed fast! Thank You very much!!

They went above and beyond to help us out when we had car trouble and were stranded on the interstate. From giving us advice on a hotel, dropping us with our luggage off at the hotel and trying to help us secure a rental vehicle while we were on a trip as well as letting us use their diagnostic tool to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle I can't thank them enough! Our son was stuck in a drift in the middle of a county road. We contacted Savior to help us. Penny was so great and able to get a driver out to us quickly to get him out. Brody the driver who came out was fantastic, so polite and helpful- especially on the coldest day of the year. We are so truly grateful they were able come help us so quickly. Absolutely fantastic people! My teenage daughter was involved in a hit and run last night. She was so shooken up and the young man who was doing the tow had the kindest words for her to help calm her down. He told her that he was happy she was okay and just to remember that cars can be replaced but she couldn’t. How very thoughtful of him. Then this morning my daughter called the office to get a few details taken care of and she called me at work and told me the lady she spoke to was super nice and it wasn’t overwhelming with how things were explained to her. Thanks so much to this company helping my daughter work through her first and hopefully only accident. Her car was totaled and they made it as easy as possible. I will definitely recommend.

I am not one to write reviews, but this one was needed. I got into an accident on the interstate and the state patrol called Savior for me (they obviously use them for a reason!). My tow operator, Brody, was absolutely amazing. Personable, friendly, calmed me in a very stressful situation. He took me and my vehicle to an auto body shop that was close. He works with them frequently. After looking at the damage, the auto shop suggested I don’t drop it off, due to the extensive damage. Brody said “Hey I tell you what, we can put take it back to our shop and you can figure out what you want to do in the meantime”. I was pretty shook from my accident and to have Savior towing be SO SO SO helpful was a blessing. They are a family run business and after speaking with Brody and his mother (agh! I forgot her name!), I can’t remember the last time I was this satisfied with ANY service! I appreciate the way they run their business and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I’d give them 7 stars out of 5 if I could.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic customer service and outstanding support Chad and Penny showed us when our daughter's car broke down.
