Metro by T-Mobile

Had to come into the store being from out of town I was a bit leery as a lot of our stores in Texas don't come close to what I received here in customer service!! Fantastic staff!! Don't think I've ever been in a Metro store that the employees were so knowledgeable!! I think the manager's name is Paul but he certainly did rock!! I will continue to use this store every time I'm in town

The location is great, store was very clean, the environment was welcoming and they adhered to all covid related safety protocols which made my wife and I feel safe and comfortable. The customer care that is what I can say about this shop they took time and answered the questions I needed and she was very concerned on what I was saying and I bought my phone and I'm very happy with it if I have any problems I will go back up there and she will help me pleasant young lady I really enjoy being there and her talking with me

Joey is awesome. Great guy who isn't pushy and will get you taken care of. He knows how to do his job which is more than I experienced at any of the other Metro store in Muskegon.
