I love perfume and makeup and Margarita in the fragrance section is absolutely amazing! She knows my taste and keeps me informed on fragrances that she knows I will like.

I haven't been to The Oaks mall in years. I went into Nordstrom's on my way out & found a cute little Cross body bag with a major discount. Annually I found the full price one but the salesperson directed me to the clearance sale one. So happy cuz saved quite a bit. Don't remember my salespersons name but she was great! Very helpful & knowledgeable!

Lovely store with extremely nice workers. Melinda in the lingerie department helped me pick out some great items.

My granddaughter has a.formal dance that we needed to shop for. Nordstroms was my first recommendation, and they did not disappoint. We found a dress and bolero jacket. We live in Lompoc, and drove the 2 hours one way, to find the perfect dress!

Spacious, modern, clean, altogether pleasant place to shop. And there seem to be enough sales people to help.

Hello to whom it may concern I come all the way from Santa Barbara Montecito area just to have Cristini‘s and your tomato basil soup and to shop of course well I just want you guys to know that your staff here in the restaurant I believe it’s called Bazille are some of the most polite and courteous let’s not forget, very attentive employees for example the bartender is on top of his game interacting with customers helping them decide what type of wine or drink and if not interacting with customers always cleaning wow very impressed I believe his name is Ruger as for my waitress she is so kind and pleasant I hope you upper staff management appreciate these type of employees and acknowledge them every now and then.

Good store, thr associates are helpful and it's a clean spot - the selection is decent and the changing rooms are pretty good, definitely the place to shop for clothing if you got the $$$

If you ever consider purchasing from the Chanel booth, I highly recommend having Claudia assist you. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and one of the most kind employees that have assisted me. It is always a pleasure to return here and continue to buy my goods.

I love the salespeople at this Nordstrom. I especially appreciate the manager and salespeople in the shoe department. They helped me with a complicated return that they really didn't have to do. I appreciate their kindness and patience. I also had an excellent experience with the beauty consultant for Charlotte Tilbury. She was spot on with her recommendations, and she happily assisted me with products from a few other lines. The only thing that would make me love this store even more is if they had an Encore section.

I went into the cologne section in nordstrom at the oaks and Gail dworkin came out of nowhere and provided out of this world service!!!! She also helped me with the app, and help me order cuff links and had them shipped to a nordstrom rack near me xclnt service nordstrom style

Nordstrom's Thousand Oaks is the best location ever! I went shopping over the weekend while they were having their biannual Anniversary Sale! The huge assortment of pre-sale items was wonderful. The vast amount of beautiful colors, assortments of lingerie and Summer clothing was great. I would highly recommend going to this mall in general. Each time I have come to the Oaks mall in general, I have had a positive experience. The security team was called to come escort my elderly mom and myself so we could get to the parking structure. She is 96 and bad become exhausted from walking. The mall had closed and I asked the security at Nordstrom's to call for a vehicle to get us to the parking lot where our car was parked.

This really has made my view of this shopping mall a A+++ experience and I will continue to shop there. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive from the SF Valley to Thousand Oaks. Thank you Nordstrom's for taking good care of my mom. It is sincerely appreciated. 👗🛍💟

Every time I have shopped at Nordstrom’s I have been delighted by the customer service I received. This time the service and attention I received was so above and beyond I just had to tell as many people as I could. Edward in the makeup department did everything he could and more to locate produces that I wanted and if they weren’t in stock he suggested different comparable ones. He checked skin color and tones and was honest if he didn’t think a color or ingredients would work for me. He just made my day, so much so I bought way more than I set out to buy today. Thanks Edward, I’ll be back.

Nordstrom is the best shopping mall I have seen compared to others..the one at Thousand Oaks has plenty of collection and the quality speaks..the life of the product (Shoes and dresses) we buy is huge..I recommend people buy in Nordstrom

This Nordy makes in-person shopping fun again. Customer service is great. It's one of the few brick and mortar stores I actually look forward to going to. Returns are really convenient.

I really like the coffee at the Nordstrom eBar. The coffee that I received wasn't very hot. Without hesitation they made me a fresh, hot cup. Thank you. There are some comfy chairs there too. Good for people watching. I'm sure that everything in this Nordstrom will please you.
