We arrived in need of quick and knowledgeable advisement on a emergency issue with our car. Kevin.P was on duty at the time and was able to verbally advise us on the best parts for the job. His level of explanation was perfectly understandable for the layman, and he even offered us a rentable tool kit that ended up saving the day (We didn't think we needed it, but he was right!)! After a quick scan code check, we were able to diagnose the issue and use the tools kit to get on our way!

The store it self was nice, and extremely convenient, as it had all the parts in stock we needed for the job; plus the staff was very welcoming!

I don't think I have ever met a nicer fellow at a parts shop like this, as he was wonderful! Not sure how you found him, but he's one of the best I've ever met! He reminds me of a manager I used to work with!

I had a couple car questions and Taryn was awesome! She changed the battery in my key fob and helped me with some floor mats. She was getting calls like crazy, one being irate. She maintained her professionalism and was an amazing help. Thank you! I know where to go for my car needs. 😁

So I ended up in this store trying to help a stranger from out of state get back on the road. An employee named Miguel there made the day with his knowledge of their system, inventory and an overwhelmingly helpful attitude. I can't overstate how helpful he was and I hope that this store realizes what an asset they have. If he is the type of person they hire they can look forward to my continued business. I went in 10 minutes before closing and expected to get low caliber service because it was so close to closing BUT MUCH TO MY SURPRISE… the gentlemen were AMAZING! I purchased a new battery for a 2011 Kia Soul at the Advance Auto Parts store on Bridford Pkwy, Greensboro, NC. The people working there were all very courteous & helpful. A couple days later, I stopped by again to purchase a fuse for the car clock/radio. I couldn't get the fuse installed, so I asked AAP employee, Landon to assist me. He just happened to be doing a battery test on the car parked next to me. He spent several minutes installing the fuse, which was far more challenging than it ever should have been. He was MOST helpful! I cannot recommend that store highly enough. They have my business for LIFE! --RD

The service there was immaculate. My car was having issues on starting and asked for a battery test and seen all the corrosion. He took his time to clean, test, and change my battery. He was very knowledgeable with this issue. He also gave some suggestions as to watch out for the corrison and how to care for the things under the hood. If any other issues happen to arise, I wouldn't mind going back to this store. I believe his name was Bryan.

Landon is the goat!!!! He changed my car battery and gave me advice on how to keep up with my car so I can save money down the road. This is the best service I've ever had from the automotive industry this location knows how to hire the best!

Went to Advance today in a huge pinch! Landon was AWESOME!! Helped me out on the phone and even more when I got to the store!!!
I will definitely drive a little further for now on to get the help and parts I need!

After being told by both NAPA and O'Reilleys that a professional needed to install a new battery in my car I decided to bring it to Advance Auto and Mike took care of everything. No issues, very professional and had me back on the road in no time at all. I will only deal with Advance Auto from now on!

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Landon with my brake pads. He went out of his way and put in maximum effort toward my need until he accomplished the task!!
