Best place to buy shoes. The staff are cool and helpful, I felt very welcomed. Inside the store the walls are covered with a large variety of shoes to choose from. The amount Jordans and Yeezys really caught my attention. They even have an iPad you can use to search up the shoe in the store. Probably my new favorite shoe store. They 100% need to add their location on Apple maps though, I bet so many more customers would be able to find this new location easier.

Went to this place for help on sizing for some foam runners, one of the employees was very helpful with the product and knowledge. Right away I sold with the pair they let me try on! Definitely a place would come back!!!

Walked into the rundown in New Haven for the first time and was really impressed with their selection, service, and the aesthetics of the store. Lots of hard to find sneakers and the layout of the store was clean minimalistic and modern. I was also immediately greeted and helped by staff seconds after walking into the store. Will definitely be returning soon

i’ve gone here so many times are their bridgeport new haven and Hartford stores are absolutely fantastic. i sell shoes my self and they give me perfect prices and there trade in and used inventory is great. there employees were so helpful the day of opening at new haven and introduced their selves and let me try on clothing. would recommend 10/10

Finally no need to go to NYC for a great selection of sneakers/apparel! Rundown is my go to everytime! Great location and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable for sure! This is their newest location and I’m super impressed! Def worth checking out!

I’m not really a sneaker head but I wanted to expand my style/wardrobe. Everyone at the New Haven rundown were so nice and helpful and not judgmental at all to a newbie. I left with some good stuff and I will definitely be back!

Best store in CT! Customer service is great at all locations and the New Haven store is the biggest store in CT! They have everything and anything you can think of. No better place to shop.

Only thing I have to say is staff was friendly not going to lie but the selling aspect of it you didn't even allow me to atleast show you what I had to sell, you just turned me away and for that I have to give you 2 stars boss men I'm sorry it's just a unfair practice.. atleast give the seller a chance!
