Barb & Patty's Butcher Palace

I saw someone unhappy about the prices and this is how I respond. The prices are very comparable to the grocery store but the quality is beyond compare. Anything I have purchased has been absolutely outstanding and worth every penny. The burgers, the lamb and the corned beef are the best you can get. They make their own roast beef with no nitrates or sodium. I will gladly spend my money there and I highly recommend Barb and Patty's to anyone who is looking for fresh, top quality meat and homemade items.

Local butcher with fresh cuts of meat and fresh made brats, sausage and more. Their meats are hormone and antibiotic free. PS try the corned beef and rye smokies, they're awesome.

First off I will start by saying how professional and courteous the staff and owners were during my interactions with them and that I highly recommend this business. Due to an unfortunate mix up on MY part I ended up leaving a negative review for Barb and Patty's after being burned by ironically another butcher named Barb. Long story short Barb and Patty followed the golden rule of customer service being that the customer is always right, and in this instance I was wrong. However that did not stop Barb and Patty from being willing to look into the situation, hear my side of the story and be determined to get to the bottom of it and make it right. For that I have a huge amount of respect for Barb, Patty, and their staff. In addition Barb and Patty take a lot of pride in their business and ensuring the customers are well taken care of, I believe it is important to support small businesses and can't think of a better small business to give my support to. I do sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and look forward to being able to do business with Barb and Patty in the future.

I went to Ray"s party/ car show last Saturday and he had bought the Brats to serve to guests. They were cooked by my brother. NEVER tasted Brats that delicious in my life. This butcher shop is getting my future buisness !!!!

Barb and Patty's Butcher Palace is a true GEM we have in Mentor, Ohio. The meats are out of this world and most importantly are hormone and antibiotic free. What amazing quality and value they provide, Their deli has house done deli meats that are a truely top of the line. The service is so friendly and helpful and beyond kind to my daugher always offering her a little treat. I think I am going to do one of their freezer packages for grilling this summer. Their lemon chicken is better than anything you can get at any restraunt and do not get me on their amazing hams. I can go on and on about how great Barb and Pattys are. Do yourself a favor and go try them for yourself.

The chicken & beef is always so fresh and I love their German & Hungarian prepared dishes. They have many seasonal treats you can't get anywhere else too. Shop local for better health and to support small businesses!

Only thing I miss are those fry pies.

I love going to Barb and Patty’s. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years. There is a huge meat selection. Pre ordering is wise around the holidays. The staff is always there to assist with questions. The brats on Saturday are a tasty snack. Highly recommend

I've been here twice and absolutely love the quality and selection of meats. The last few times I've purchased meat from the big chain stores the meat had an off smell and taste even though it was "fresh". I'll never buy my meat from a big chain again, I'll be shopping exclusively at Barb and Patty's . Great staff and great product, keep up the great work!

Went in for a brisket. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, Prompt service and helped me pick out exactly what I needed.

This place is like family. I have been buying my meat regularly from this butcher for over four years. I have never been disappointed with anything I've purchased. My husband loves their signature Octoberfest bratwurst, they are the best. Their in-house smoked bacon is excellent.

Great butcher shop with a staff that is very willing to provide outstanding service. I buy all my pork belly there for curing. I recently decided to try making my own barbacoa and they recommended the best cut and it came out awesome. It's worth the side trip from the grocery store to stop in here. Support your local butcher! They're a great asset to have in town.

My first time here and I was not disappointed. Tremendous selection and really high quality. A little more expensive than grocery stores but if you want higher quality this is the place. Mentor avenue near Heisley.

They didn't have the small dog bones in the cooler so they cut me some without me even asking them to. They are very nice, and the prices are fair. To the people complaining about the high prices of ground beef, wouldn't you rather shop here and support a local business that invests in their community? Sam's club doesn't care about you, support local and we can get through this together.

I had avoided this place for a long time because of just bad service. Was looking for a a really good pork shoulder so I went there again. What a dramatic deference in customer service. Even for a busy Saturday, I was helped with several questions about chicken and pork . If this store has looked at these reviews and decided to change their ways, then I will definitely be going back. Thanks for your help today

I really love shopping at the butcher shop. Everyone there is so fabulous, they just gave me a great recipe on how to cook their lemon chicken. Anytime I have any questions they are so helpful. A big thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcome.
