I went in looking for a small muzzle for my Dachshund. They didn't have an appropriate size, but there was an employee available to help us right away. This is a refreshing change as you usually can't find help when you need it in retail establishments these days.

Well you know no matter how much you stock up you're still going to feed the dogs so we went to Petco to pick up some treats and dog food it was only two people working in this store which was pretty unusual but they were both very friendly one guy looked a little bit like Santa Claus he was extremely nice young lady at the door cashier even ask if we wanted to carry it to their car seriously I mean I'm a big guy but I'm sure I'm capable but I appreciate her over so thank you very much and continue to shop at Petco

It was nice talking with an informative and helpful salesperson. He was very helpful and just a great person to talk to.

I took my dog to get groomed here and my dog loved it! She was super sweet, the groomer, and my dog looked great!

Wide variety of stock. Staff is ALWAYS so helpful, informative and friendly.

This store is nice, well stocked, clean and almost always has what I am needing for my cats, dogs & reptiles.

Friendly staff... I went in for live Caribbean hermit crabs... got two! My visit was quick even though I filled out paperwork and I even took some pictures for y'all to check out!

Our groomer did a good job in a short amount of time albeit a little expensive. We are very pleased.

They young lady with blue hair was so sweet and helpful... I think she did a work out helping me find the right dog cage

Miss Amy was great with my cat! She did really good and was super fast!! Definitely bringing her again for her next grooming appointment

The two cats for sell were pretty, and were also a fair and reasonable price.

Talking about keeping "parents" on a leash... those tasty treats were for human consumption! Loved the store layout, easy to find things. Salesmen were so helpful made excellent recommendations, including the use of pumpkin during food transition for pets with sensitive stomachs. Who would have thunk? Maybe that's why we normally order Hills Prescription Diet Food Sensitives d/d Salmon & Sweet Potatoes (I know some prefer pumpkin over sweet potato but at times, I cannot tell the difference).

Everyone is always so nice. They help me out when I ask for advice or if I am looking for a product. One sales associate told me about vital care and it has saved me tons of money. I also bring my dog Luna to the groomers. Her first visit was not so great do to her not used to getting her nails clipped and the noise of the blow dryer. So Chelsea told me to come in the next two weeks to try to her used it. She went and was very gentle with Luna. Even though Luna screams on the top of her lungs, Chelsea did show Luna that she was not going to hurt her by any means. Luna the did quiet down and did great. Her nails are now clipped from full success of Mrs. Chelsea. I love Petco!!!!!

Super Friendly Staff! Very knowledgeable

I was looking for a certain item and received assistance immediately. Another Petco worker was also a pet trainer and the cashier... so I got some really good advice. Met a lady shopper there that had nice pet stories and who now has a pet gerbil, since the loss of her dog saddened her. Always meet great people in pet stores...Animal lovers ❤ connect well like I connect with Petco where I get the answers and the products I need and want.

The staff helped me locate just what I was looking for and I got me some pup cookies to bring home !

Aisles are a little tight but when you find staff they are helpful.
