Fun shopping atmosphere, plenty of parking. Diverse shops and restaurants.

Not a lot of variety. There are some great restaurants but there are at least 10 hair/nail places. The parking lot is missing pretty much all signage for traffic and is built very poorly with several intersections and no idea who has the right of way. Also, there has been construction going on for what seems like years. The dumpster areas are always disgusting with trash strewn all over the ground and the waste management people never close the doors, which have been recently replaced and are much easier to open and close. Also, all of the lights on the walkway are either burned out or dont work. All in all, Bell Moore is a horrible "landlord"
