I had some extremely hard parts to find for my Ford Bronco. The staff took a lot of time to work with me to find the parts I needed. I really appreciate the extra effort!

I went in to get a license plate screw. Just needed one but fully expected to have to buy the kit that contained the screws. An awesome young lady asked to help me and when I told her what I needed, she said “let’s walk out and look at your plate”. She went back in and got a tool and came back out and fixed it without me having to purchase a screw. Outstanding customer service!!

Excellent customer service. It was VERY hot outside, but my battery installation was handled professionally and courteously, and quickly. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. I was also happy to see women on the sales staff.

I needed wind shield wipers, but had no idea what I was doing.. The guy looked at my car, then found the best wipers at the best price, rang me up, then walked me outside and put them on for me!! I was so thankful because I was nervous to ask if someone would help me! It was a great experience.

I have been using this location for 21 years. The staff is intelligent, calm, and they treat each person with the most respect and give us their undivided attention. Very understanding with returns, exchanges, and refunds. I've never encountered an issue in over 21 years of business.

Chris, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me ! My van started having trouble as I was traveling back to Mobile, Al. , some 4 hours away. He analyzed the issue, and contacted a mechanic to come to the AutoZone to repair my problem. Mind you, it was on a Friday at 5pm! And Cinco de Mayo to boot! He and his team were a life and sanity saver! What could have been an overwhelming situation turned into just a bump in the road . Thank you again Chris!

I stopped in here to get a part I knew nothing about for my husband. The lady was great. Patience while she tried to look up an "unknown" part. Waited while I called my husband.. they didn't have my part but the service was fantastic. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular customer here. Thanks. You don't know how refreshing your service was to me. I left happy... Even without my part... lol

Been to every parts store in the area and hands down the best service I’ve received was at AutoZone. Ms. Anna Belle, the Parts Manager, is a gem…kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

It was very positive experience for me. I got the part I needed no hassle, nice friendly people. Then I was able to get a Marine battery with 1000 cranking amps for a hundred bucks.

As far as i'm concerned AUTOZONE is the BEST place to go when you need car replacement parts. The personnel that work there are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name but he even took the time to replace the brake light bulbs on my vehicle after I bought them. Who does that? AutoZone does. Grateful to have such a fine establishment in our community with exceptional service.

Although today was a bit slow and they were understaffed the manager was able to take time to help a customer who has blood pressure problems find a spot to sit down and recover. I had a new employee help me with getting the codes read off my car and get me the right part i needed in a very short amount of time while still learning his job.

I am a regular customer at AutoZone but today this establishment deserves a special praise. Thank you, thank you so much Manager Jessie (who's been here in this branch helping this community for over fifteen years). Thank you also to an incredibly awesome recently added associate Micheal whos also a retired Army Veteran. They were both so helpful to me when my heater hose started leaking off the I-85. Jessie understood the situation I was in and allowed me to wait out at the back until businesses opened back up after Thanksgiving holiday. This community is very fortunate to have good folks like these guys.

The people working here are just great. Straightforward, quick, & pleasant experience getting a new battery (thanks Chris!) Would highly recommend to any friend.

Awesome customer service and attitudes here! I came to return a Duralast item that I did need, so it was never used. I had lost the receipt, but was able to in-store credit. Very satisfied with my expereince.

Needed wiper fluid. Was preparing to go out myself, and the gentleman walked out with me, and he filled my literally dry reservoir to the top. Thank you!!

They were getting ready to close but still helped me as if they were just opening for the day. The guy that helped me was super courteous & helpful. I'd definitely go back.
