They gave me good sound advice and explained a safe way to jack my car as high as I needed to. And explained why it could be something else wrong with my car than what others said. I will update you when I find out if they were right. Even if they weren't, they have great staff and would recommend them to anyone and everyone

This is one great store. The counter folks will be happy to talk about your ride, and help you figure out what you need. There is also a service center attached (but separate business) and the folks are in the up and up, very trustworthy mechanics.

The staff at the Stillwater Oriellys in Bangor is always very helpful! I am a small business owners and I do nearly all of my business right at this store. They are great at sourcing hard to find parts. Always get treated like a friend. Spend money here.

I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning. I called VIP and made an appointment for after I got out of at 2. I was at Walmart on Stillwater in Bangor and VIP is across the road. I drove over and they saw my flat and came right out and changed it immediately. I was very happy with how fast they were. Plus that was before they knew I had an appt.

Way better experience then VIP on Wilson Street in Brewer The VIP on Stillwater Ave in Bangor, Maine took great care of my car by putting plastic on my seat and steering wheel as well as a paper floor mat on the floor I'll be returning 4 sure in the very near future for rear shock replacement and two new tires for the front of my car I highly recommend VIP On Stillwater Ave in Bangor, Maine you won't be disappointed.

Needed rear pads and rotors and they were the lowest price in the area, not only did I get 2 year warranty on the rotors and lifetime on the pads they also had an additional 20% savings deal going on. Fast and friendly will be shopping there more often.

Key fob battery died..Went in and they took it apart, picked out the battery and out it back together for me in 5 min for no additional charge. Very helpful and pleasant.

Bought a 12 volt adapter for my car, it doesn't work. I have the receipt and they returned it for me. I am going to marry Cayleigh at the Stillwater location.
