Conveniently located right off interstate 95 so easy in and out.

Came here on Cinco De Mayo and even though they were extremely busy, the service was quick and wonderful. Food was delicious and the portions are huge! You could see all the employees working hard at keeping the restaurant clean and the customers happy. Great job and I will absolutely be coming back!

The food is absolutely delicious. So much flavor. Way better than Miguel's. The service was very fast. Chips and salsa are great. I got the California burrito with shrimp, and a friend got the Cazuela. The price is also very affordable for the large portions you get. Wish I could eat here every day.

We were around Bangor and looking for a place to have lunch, and when searching online I found this place. I noticed the high reviews and thought we should try this and we were not disappointed.
Everything from the moment we entered the door to being served at our booth was top notch. The food was delicious (I had the burrito bowl and my wife had the steak fajitas), and we left with very full bellies.
Travellers tend to stick to chain restaurants, but we like to find something that's not at home. If you are in Bangor, please visit. You will not be disappointed

Every experience has always been a wonderful one! Everyone is so kind, and the service is always fast and efficient without compromising quality!

Our waitress was extremely attentive to us plus all of her other guests. She made sure we had drinks at all times and made sure my husbands service dog was also comfortable. I really enjoyed my 1st visit while hubby has been here a few times. Not bad pricing on food either. I give it 5 stars for everything. Too bad we live almost 3.5 hrs away but I will be returning when I come back down to Bangor!

Delicious and mouth watering food! Of course the food coma after was the unforgettable experience. Everything was up to the mark starting with service and ambiance to their too good dishes. Loved the vegetarian fajitas.

Great! The staff works in perfect coordination to make sure you don't wait for anything and omg the food is so satisfying and tantalizes the taste buds. The jumbo margaritas hit the spot and just the thing to let go of stress. This is the place to go to turn your day around! And the price!!! Fresh food, great service at half the cost of that junk fast food, HALF! Lifetime customer here.

Great Mexican food. I didn't think Maine would have any good Mexican food but this is the spot for sure. Only disappointment was the chicken enchiladas. I'm not a fan of all the onion and peppers inside. If I get chickens enchiladas it should have only chicken in it. Will definitely eat here again!

Las Palapas is consistently my go to in the Greater Bangor area for authentic Mexican food. Anyone from this area knows that authentic ethnic food is very difficult to find, but it's not hard to tell from the moment you walk in the door here that it is legit. I have never had a bad meal here. The drinks are excellent, and the serving sizes are enough to have leftovers for another meal. The service is also incredibly fast and friendly.

WOW, just WOW!!! I travel the country often and was hungry for Mexican food (my favorite)!!
We went here to grab a bite.. We were seated in Danny's section, he is phenomenal!! Please be sure to ask for him, he is the BEST!!
I just by chance met the owner Eric, Joe and Terry on my way out immediately felt like family!! I am only in town for a few days, I will be back on Monday to eat before I go to the airport.

Quick service and delicious food. I had the mole. Chicken was very tender and the sauce was great. The queso fundido is delicious. I've never ordered something here that I have ended up disliking.

Our wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering we came with 4 small kids. The food was great and they offered plenty of ways to customize. They were also very considerate for the small kids with us.

I was in Maine on vacation with my girlfriend and we wanted to try some mexican food and we found this place. It was great, we had a 5-star time. our waitress was very nice, the food was delicious and the drinks were great. Everything was perfect. I had one of their burritos and she had the fajitas, both were amazing. So much flavor. You won't go home hungry that's for sure!

This is by far the best Mexican food around! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The chefs will make any substitutions that you ask for and the prices are reasonable. Really great atmosphere too! Highly recommend!

Wonderful service! Went on Taco Tuesday... Very generous sized tacos and big margaritas...salsa is tasty! Hubby said fried ice cream was pretty amazing!

Went there early on Sunday and it was really nice. They weren't very busy so the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious.

It was great. We were a party of 4, we had a great booth, a great dinner, and deserts, it was about $30, each with tips, we were traveling so only stopped for dinner then it the road. I will return again whenever I get the chance,, love this place and the staff.

Great food, awesome staff. Nice to have a break from some of the predominantly similar restaraunts here in Maine and mix it up with both an exciting staff and a diverse menu. Great salsa and a good place to take a date or a family member.
