Dunkin'

This is one of the best Dunkin's in the Bangor area. The people are friendly and take the time to learn your name if you come in regularly. My order is almost always made perfectly, on the rare occasion something isn't right, they are always happy to fix it without question or attitude.

Great coffee shop, and this place has by far the best hasbrowns and the best bacon 🥓 and lots of options for drinks. Always great service, and usually, even if the lineups outside are long, it still goes quickly.

My favorite dunk of all time. The best staff, low turnover so you get to know people, great service and all the dunk goodness a body needs! ( I go by like 12 of these everyday, this one's the BEST)

We have been here the last two days both time were busy and both time the service was outstanding and the donuts BISMARCKS were delicious and the atmosphere clean modern and very well maintained. The staff was 5 stars all the way. This is a staffing that should be training as they really understand customer service. Thank you for the great experience. It’s been a long time. We will return here next time we are back in Maine.

Coffee was fresh and there sandwich maker did an excellent job

Attendant was very friendly. As far as "food quality", I only use Dunkin for coffee. Hard to get that wrong, but they did honor my request for very little ice. Many places ignore it because their intent is to fill with ice in order to minimize the amount of product they use

Whoever made my coffee today did a bangin' amazing job it was so creamy and delicious. Medium hot 6 cream 3 sugar 2 Caramel swirl 2 french vanilla swirl. After a really stressful day that coffee was like a hug in a cup. Great service and friendly too!!! Thank you guys! ❤

I just love the staff at this dunkin donuts. The woman in the drive threw is the best. She is an older woman and she is the best to have at the drive threw. Always a smile and a pleasant personality. As for the coffee, what can I say, been coming there for 12 years, oh and they were the ones that told me about the senior citizen discount, so loved that. I always find there donuts so soft and fresh, first thing in the morning.

Cheerful on a Sunday morning. Food was hot, lattes were cold. All is great!

Big clean place. Fast service. Only minor issue was there was only one bathroom, no paper towels and the electric hand dryer was not working. Bathroom was clean though.

This is one of the best locations in Bangor. They do everything to standard. Good food and drink. Thank you! Also, they have BAGEL TWIST. My favorite. Not a whole lot of Dunkin locations have them.

Genuinely best Dunkin in Maine. They always add extra ice like I ask, and I never have to wait long.

The best Dunkin in the area! Celebrated Easter morning by coming here and the young woman behind the counter was just awesome and friendly as could be!

I had a lovely experience here. The store is large and appeared very clean. The highlight was the Dunkin Dog toy. 🐕 How cute. I think the price could be a little less, like maybe $9.99 but I happily went on my way after great service

The staff here is always courteous, they practice good business in a timely manner being they're under-staffed and working within the coronavirus limitations. I enjoy coming here and getting my Frozen hot chocolate with a shot of espresso 😋

I do not like the change to the new Dunkin business model! But the customer service experience is always top notch.

I have only had one issue dealing with money at this location but they fixed the error that was made. I have no complaints about this dunkin. Very friendly and great staff I would still very much recommend this location to others as well. Mistakes are made sometimes which happens and I understand why it happened because I use to work for dunkin so I know how the morning rushes can get.
