I stopped in late Saturday afternoon after a product from an online order picked up at another location happened to be misboxed. This was a huge issue because of the way online orders are handled, and Jake was very transparent about the hurdles involved with it. He helped me with the number to call support, and was incredibly patient through the whole process. The online support was very unhelpful and Jake called his manager on his day off to make an exception for me and get me back on track. I cannot say enough good about this guy and his willingness to help. Thank you Jake, you made a crappy day much much better.

Just had the best experience at the car stuff store! 🤩 The gentleman behind the counter (with glasses and a ponytail) helped me find washer fluid and even taught me how to pour it into the thingy under the hood. As you can tell, I am not an experienced car owner. 😅 I appreciated his help a lot, he was very polite! Definitely coming back when I need something for the car!!!

Jake was awesome! I'm visiting from out of State and my car wouldn't start yesterday am. Jake pit it on the machine, and it's a bad battery. He went out of his way to help me find a great price, talked to my husband to explain everything, and gave me the name of a mechanic to install the battery. He explained he would, but I have some kind of cover on it, and the company won't let them. He was funny and so helpful. I would highly recommend this Advanced Auto!

Showed up first thing Monday morning with a dead battery from out of town and Jake was incredibly kind and helpful and installed it for me. Sometimes when I'm in car garages and shops I'm made to feel like a dumb girl and this was NOT THE CASE here. Saved my vacon!

Very nice staff, clean efficient and fairly good priced. Is definitely a place that my husband and I go to frequently for car parts that we need. I hope they stay open for a very long time I definitely would recommend this place for all your car part needs and also stuff you never thought you needed for your car LOL happy shopping! 😁💯♥

Super friendly and knowledgeable associates. They greeted us at the door and held the door open for us. They asked what we needed and found it quickly, offering several different options at different prices. They have a great rewards program and offer a military discount.

Everyone who works at this location is super helpful! I always go in with questions and get exactly what I need or directed in the right area. Intentionally go out of my way to go to the advance auto parts because I have good experiences here with the employees.

I cannot express enough how positive my experience in this store was. I came in with a product issue and without a hesitation the staff behind the counter stepped in to help. I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by all the staff and how knowledgeable they were about the products they carried in their store. I recently had a fabulous experience with Jake at this store. I called the store because I had purchased wipers months earlier that were the wrong fit on my car (an Audi). Jake was kind and courteous, got the message to his manager (Jack) and within a day, Jake called me back, inviting me to return the wipers for a store credit. I've learned two things again recently: It certainly pays to ask and there is no better feeling than giving (and receiving) excellent customer feedback which includes being a courteous and kind consumer as well. All around wonderful experience, Jake. Thank you!!

There's always great coupons online, staff inside the store is always helpful and my order is always ready to go whenever I place one ahead of time.
