Visiting the MAC counter at Macy’s Mall of North Point in Alpharetta turned out to be more than just a shopping trip; it was a memorable beauty experience, all thanks to Elizabeth Lotz. From the moment I approached the counter, Elizabeth welcomed me with a warmth and kindness that made me feel instantly at ease. Her passion for beauty and her expert knowledge were evident as she skillfully guided me through a selection of products, tailoring her recommendations to perfectly match my skin tone and personal style.

Mostly my kid and I look for formal dresses at Macy’s and we always find the most options here. I like the service, product and the style and cleanliness of the store. If I could make a suggestion it would be to fix the 5 or 6 broken fitting room doors. There’s always a line for the fitting rooms on the weekends.

My most favorite place to shop.. Most of my dresses, officewear, footwear, handbags, makeup, fine jewelry are from Macy's..either this store or online.
Huge as usual and well maintained. All at one place..thousands of choices in anything I want to buy and would love to have in collection.

Spacious store with good collection of clothing, Kitchen Ware, Kitchen utensils. Store is very clean and is well maintained. There are variety of items currently on sale. Customer service is good.

There was a mad dash to get what I needed, as it was five minutes before closing time. The cashier was still smiling after a long day. I love this location, and I will be back.

I visited Macy’s North Point Mall at North Point Circle, Alpharetta GA 30022, twice recently and received the most wonderful service there.

Three beautiful girls, Helen, Monica, and Mandana received me very warmly. Three of them all spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect jewelry for my daughter and her husband enthusiastically. They are all like beautiful angels!

However, what moved me even more was that Helen and Monica both gave me the best price in the market for the necklaces I bought , because the domestic inflation is currently at a high level and the prices of goods and services are constantly rising, I never expected to buy such beautiful products using incredible generous piece.

I have never received such excellent services. Thank a million Helen! Thank a million Monica! Thanks a million Mandana! You all are amazing! Much appreciated!

My favorite place to shop! Always can find exactly what I need there. Love their sales and that’s when I shop there. Cheerful atmosphere always!

I love the ladies at the MAC counter especially Ebony she has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable and will help with all your makeup needs. She taught me how to achieve beautiful brows in 10 mins. I highly recommend going to see her.

Macy's at North Point Mall, Alpharetta, stands out with its integrated brands like Finish Line, Toys R Us, and Starbucks. The addition of Starbucks permits delightful fresh coffee while shopping! Employees are consistently pleasant and helpful, enhancing the shopping experience. A thriving destination for Pre-Black Friday shopping, it's hard not to love Macy's.

Well organized place, nice service. I came here to pick up an order, to find this place is more organized than other macy's stores. The service center for return & pick up is just at the West gate, easy to find. This store also carries cashmere sweaters and down coat.

Love Macy's. They keep the feel of what a big box department store should be. They don't just put out clothes and merchandise, they make it but of theater as well. Staff always nice. Always find what I need.

Macy's celebrated the Diwali function at the Atlanta NorthPoint Mall. They really went all out with the celebration. Amazing organization. They had org as nized dance programs, had vendors giving away food and ornaments and stalls covered with indian ethnic clothes. They really know how to cater to ethnic populations.
