Bath & Body Works

One of my favorite stores in the mall, and I've been going there for years. I love their body creams in a tube, and my favorites are citrus/fruit scents. When I was there at the Oaks Mall recently, they were all set up for Fall, with the scents of the season (but not overwhelming as you walk in). Impeccably organized store with extremely helpful staff, I'm so glad this store survived the mall shutdown. Buying products in person is so important, and they are still there. Yay!

They did great on Black Friday! I was in and out without pain.

A great place to look for lotion, bathing gel, scent candles, hand sanitizers, and car air fresheners. Great for affordable gifts. Sign up for free membership to get free sandstones, discount coupons and event notifications.

This store always makes me spend at least $30 on lotion, hand soap and candles! They have great sales, so if you’re able to catch them on sale, your $40 will go a long way. They’re currently taking the current pandemic seriously, which is really appreciate! Only 10 customers are allowed in at a time, you must have your mask on at all times and you need to sanitize your hands before exiting.

Love bath and body works always get too many candles. The staff is always super nice and attentive here and they make sure you find what you're looking for. Definitely will be going back.

Not my own experience although I understand that the 3 wick candle sale was awsome all because of the amazing customer service and personal touch from Jordan! Ms. B. says he was a beacon of light for her day. All of her coworkers will be there soon to buy candles.😉

I go to bath & body works about once a month in Ventura, the worker are really not that nice whenever I am in there .

I was recently at the bath & body works in the T.O mall where I was treated so welcome the lady we so helpful so nice solving customers problems with a smile.

I will deffenley go back to the one in the T.O mall.

Friendly staff and its a smaller store so you can easily navigate your way around with no problems.

I always enjoy going to bath and body works with my girlfriend. I bought her purchases and she bought mine. This is located in the beautiful and large oaks Mall in thousand oaks California.

Stacey, at the Thousand Oaks store, is an excellent salesperson. She is extremely helpful and courteous.

Grace was so nice and helped me select items for a gift. The cashier wrapped it in a nice arrangement for no additional cost.

Excellent variety. More options than other Bath & Body Works. The customer service is excellent and the staff is willing to assist you in any matter as needed

My daughter loves it here it's fun to go in test things out and purchase items for holiday gifts

Always friendly service at this location. It gets busy but they always stay on top of the line
