Colin The Plumber came through for me- BIG Time.

Mark and Nick were excellent! I own an Airbnb , and at the last minute, a pipe burst in the basement.
They responded in the afternoon and the pipe was fixed within a few hours! Talking about great customer service.

They are honest and the price was within my budget. I highly recommend Colin The Plumber to everyone.

I had a sewer backup issue & called Colin. The plumber who came out tried hard with a couple of different machines, but couldn't clear the obstruction, and explained the next steps in getting the city involved. In these situations the homeowner is in between the plumber & city, potentially facing very expensive repairs. I spoke with Colin.. the following day he showed up personally with two plumbers to show city workers exactly what his plumber had encountered. In the face of this demonstration the city then took action. Everything happened pretty much how Colin & his team figured it would. He obviously cares an awful lot about his reputation and his customers.. highly recommended.

I recently called Colin The Plumber LLC to handle some plumbing issues across my rental properties, and I was thoroughly impressed! Colin is not only knowledgeable and proficient in his field, but his pricing is also very reasonable. What stood out the most was how Deaf-friendly his team is. They readily communicated via text message, which made the entire process seamless for me as an ASL user. There was no need for any special communication tools, which is a huge plus. The team efficiently repaired and unclogged pipes among other tasks. Their friendly and competent service makes me confidently recommend Colin The Plumber LLC. I’ve dealt with a couple other what I though were reputable companies…I had another place come out a few years ago and give me a quote for some work…almost 4k….I called Colin after seeing how many great reviews he had…Nick came out and was very honest and explained everything well…work was less then 1k for what other companies how quoted almost 4x…work was done well and it looks amazing….i will 100% be using them from now on and will recommend them to anyone…also mind you this was a Saturday…thanks nick and Colin much appreciated it!

I highly recommend Colin the Plumber. We were referred to Colin after noticing a small sinkhole spot in our driveway. Our driveway repair company thought that it could be caused by a broken water line and said we needed to address that first. Colin came out the very next day, looked things over and told us with full confidence that our pipes are in good working order. He was honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. So happy to know that Colin and his company are available next time we have any plumbing issues.

I've been using Colin the Plumber for years and have always had good results.
I had to call again today because the upstairs apartment's sink in my duplex was backing up into the downstairs kitchen's sink. I needed someone to come and clear the blockage in the line.
They notified me in the morning what time they would be coming and who would be showing up, then they sent a follow-up message when they were on their way, which I appreciate very much.
The guy who showed up, Mark, was right on time and was very professional. He took time to make sure that no mess was made while he was doing his work and he cleaned everything up perfectly afterwards.
He was in and out in under an hour and everything was back in proper working order.
These guys are always clean, professional, punctual, communicative people that you are comfortable having in your home.
I would strongly recommend them for any emergency plumbing needs and would definitely use them again (though I hope I don't have to!).

Colin and his crew did an amazing job for us! Our bathtub drain was leaking into our kitchen ceiling and they quickly fixed it and gave us a new drain! They are quick, processional, clean, and reasonable. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs we may have in the future!

He was in and out in just over an hour. He did an outstanding job! He is friendly and knowledgeable.

We have some tricky old plumbing that other plumbers have struggled with in the past. Colin came over last minute to fix the leak on a Friday night, and drove all around the city looking for the right parts on the weekend. He fixed a leaky shower that other plumbers told us would need to be replaced all together. Thoroughly impressed with Colin, and we are customers for life. Couldn't recommend him more!

I had a blocked kitchen sink, called Colin in the morning and he said he was able to come by in a couple hours. He arrived when expected, had great communication about his process for investigating the issue and setting expectations for a couple different outcomes, then explained what the problem was and what he did. Super professional, friendly, and efficiently fixed my drain. Plumbing problems are the worst, but this was the best possible experience. Highly recommend!

I called to get a second estimate on some costly plumbing work and they came out within a couple of hours of my call, diagnosed my problem, and explained to me how to take care of it much cheaper and easier than what the first plumber had recommended. The plumber took his time, explained everything to me, and was very professional and courteous. He could’ve rerouted our drainage system and sent me a huge bill and instead he gave me honest advice and saved me a ton of money. It’s so refreshing to work with someone honest and ethical. From now on, these are the only plumbers I’ll call because I know they’ve not overcharging or doing unnecessary work. Such a good experience!

My hot water heater decided to give up the ghost on New Year's Eve (on a Sunday, no less). I called Colin the Plumber and he called me back within an hour. Nick came to my house within an hour of that and had a new hot water heater installed within 90 minutes. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. I am a total fan and highly recommend them!

My first call with Colin and he surprisingly offered me suggestions that I could do myself to make sure the problem gets fixed. Now that is NOT common these days when every plumbing job is made to feel like a surgery appointment. Not so with Colin. He happened to diagnose the issue over a small video of the leak I sent. He is friendly and honest based on first initial conversations with him. If my problem does not get fixed after tightening the packing nut, I am definitely calling him.☺

I tightened the packing nut a bit further and the leak that was a stream came to a stop.

I will absolutely call Colin and also will refer him to my friends if and when need arises.
