Better Sleep Shop

Stopped in at the Better Sleep Shop at Polaris. Was met by Tim as soon as I entered the Sleep area. He already had an idea of what bed I should get for a guy my size and was spot on. He walked me through a number of features but was called away for another customer but turned me over to David. Super smooth transition, David picked up with no bumps. Showed me a number of other features of the bed I was looking at. While they were giving me time to check it out, another gentleman (Mark Lofton) from Bedgear, came over and said he noticed that I wasn't quite laying down level with the pillow I had, he took one from a display nearby and had me try it. That pillow fit me perfectly. Super comfortable. This isn't about a product but how amazing the customer service is at this store. The working of two different companies working together for the CUSTOMER, where does that ever happen. Come to find out they go through monthly training to ensure they're current on their product. Me as a consumer truly appreciates all the effort they did to let me be an informed customer.
