Kari was SUCH A GREAT HELP made the whole process of finding a perfect engagement ring soo easy. I had been dreading trying to find the perfect ring but Kari knew EXACTLY what I needed ! I’ll be sending my friends to her and I’ll be back myself !!

The ladies at Kay are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and provide impeccable customer service. The store also has a wide verity of stunning pieces to choose from to help match any look you’re trying to achieve, I will continue to be a customer there for years to come. 10/10 would recommend

The girl who helped my wife and I, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and honest. No pressure for the wife or myself. My wife liked the girl and the solitaire diamond earrings. Kari and Morgan were awesome. A couple of gems selling gems! They were both so patient with us as we made a huge life decision. The vibes in the store were very "ever kiss begins with Kay" -esque. We were so pleased with the price they were able to get us on my dream engagement ring and we bought two mothers day pieces as well for our respective moms. I'd highly reccomend this Kay location to anyone!

Liz did a great job helping me! She checked into my warranty to get my rings refurbished and did my cleaning and inspection. She was so nice and easy to talk to while I waited!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kristan and Mary. Kristan walked us through the sizing for several pieces and offered insight into resetting stones from our late grandmother. Mary was very quick and helpful in resizing a watch and replacing a battery. They also inspected and cleaned every item we brought in to discuss and answered all of our questions regarding stones, metals, etc. Really appreciated their patience and expertise in getting our jewelry taken care of. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and positive attitudes.

Both my engagement ring and band are from this store. The employees are phenomenal. Today I was assisted by Lori, the manager and she went above and beyond for me. I always come in with a million questions and they are so patient and answer them all. I am very pleased with the large selection they have to offer. I tried on at least 15 rings and i wasn’t rushed at all. They made sure to clean each ring thoroughly. Lori suggested multiple rings that really suited what I was looking for and priced out the rings that were my top choices. She was able to help me get the financing I needed for my dream ring. I will definitely be back to get my fiancé’s wedding band and recommend this store to everyone

The store manager was Lori was awesome. She was able to spot an error and inform us correctly. She helped us pick out our beautiful insert. Stop by and see her.
