I have never been treated worse by any business, appointments mean nothing, employees are never there, there's always an excuse for everything lying is a they're way of doing business, boat was damaged while there, somebody's truck backed into it, and nothing ever gets repaired. Some how they made it my fault. Find any other company to help you, or you'll never get your boat on the lake; there's a reason there are junk boats everywhere on the property.

My visit was years ago but unless there is a new owner and new attitude this place shouldn’t be dealing with the public. The absolute worst customer service and professionalism. I would and never have returned to this place.
I had them work on one of my outboard motors and they failed to fix the problem. When I attempted to discuss the issue the older man behind the counter literally started screaming at me. As I said I highly recommend not using this place.
