From walking into J&M Pool Supply to meet with Debbie to discuss spas, to walking out new spa owners, everything about J&M Pools has been great! Debbie walked us through the functions of the model we picked (it was on the floor so it made it much easier to understand). We picked out colors and options, and after about 4 weeks, our water fun arrived! Ben, Chris, Alpha, and Leo did a wonderful job on install and set up! They were awesome visiting with us while we all waited for the tub to fill! They showed us the basic functions again and said have at it, you won’t break it! So we jumped in cold water and did exactly that! One of the best purchases we have made! We absolutely love this thing! Thank you J&M Pools for taking care of us!!! We look forward to our POOL build!!!

Debbie and Rachel were outstanding help with a booster pump issue I was having. The motor was bad. They had a new motor and seal in stock and were cross-referencing parts to be sure I got the right part for the best price. During our conversation about the pump, I mentioned how quickly the motor failed and they determined it was actually still covered by the warranty. They handled the warranty claim and sent me on my way with everything needed to get me back in service. They provided the best customer service I could ask for and I will start using them for all my pool needs.

As a 1st time pool owner and 1st time in need of pool supplies, I visited J&m Pool Supply store in PEACHTREE CITY, GA. I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you the second I walked in. Debbie helped me with my pool water sample and directed me to the right chemicals I need. My water test results was ready in 3-5 minutes and I was handed a printout of my pool water results.

Debbie’s pool knowledge and understanding of what I needed based on my water test results was PRICELESS. The J&M staff showed me all the products I might need in the future. No sales pressure to buy what I didn’t need since my pool was a NEW CONSTRUCTION.

I purchased chemicals to balance my pool levels and skimmer pole hook. (helps me grab skimmer baskets without sticking my hands in skimmer whole)

I recently bought a Dolphin S300 after an extensive search for the right cleaner for our needs. My search took me to Debbie at J&M and I could not have been more pleased with her knowledge, help and support to help make my final decision. I'm pleased with the pool cleaner and the decision to buy from J&M. In addition, both Rachel and Rebecca continued that support by assisting with questions I had following the purchase. We recently took over the care of our pool and went to J&M to get started. They helped test our water and were so kind and informative. Rebecca and Debbie helped me understand what I need to do to care for my pool and made me feel empowered and confident. They also have a 10/10 selection of pool supplies, floats, and toys! I highly recommend checking them out if you have a pool or hot tub (or if you think you may want one!).

Having a new pool, I definitely needed help with the chemicals. I bring my water in to get tested every few weeks. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They help you get the right chemicals and tell you exactly how to add them to your pool. My pool has been crystal clear all summer. They have everything you need for your pool. They also sell Big Green Eggs and Spas. I definitely recommend this place!

I stopped in to J&M Pool Supply looking for advice after our pool turned green while we were on vacation. Debbie was an immense help! In addition to recommending the right product, she gave me additional tips on operating our equipment that no other pool professional had ever suggested or shared with us. I’m so happy to discover J&M pool store in Peachtree City last week. Truly amazing people. When I first walked in Rachel greeted me with a big smile, so welcoming & showed me all my options for Dolphin Cleaners which I came in for.
After did my research went back to the store the following week to purchase the unit I was interested on. Thanks to Rebecca as well who supported me to try the demo unit first before purchasing.
The day I picked up the demo unit Debbie was so accommodating & nice enough to wait for me since I was running late and talked to me for another 30 mins about my concerns even if the store would have been closed already.
Today I finally purchased my Dolphin S300 and I’m looking forward to see them again for all my pool needs .

Pool newbie here! I can’t say enough about the staff and Debbie at J&M Pool Supply. They have helped me stay on top of everything I need to know about my pool. I was so scared that I’d miss something or mess something up and they are always there to assure me that I’ve got this. My pool test results have been perfect the last 4 weeks thanks to them! Debbie and Rachel also saved me from having to buy a new salt cell. Just to give some advice, don’t ever buy any pool equipment from Amazon. I bought a screw on cap to clean my cell with and it got stuck. Brought it to Debbie and she took the time and knew how to take it off with no harm done to my cell. She truly saved the day!

All I can say is Debbie is awesome. Absolutely awesome. Not only is she training a new sales associate today but she is absolutely on her game and had our water tested, diagnosed and products on the counter in no time. An expert in her field. Well done J&M!

J&M Pool Supply in Peachtree City is a Great place to get your pool supplies and also lots of knowledgeable information. The ladies that work there SO VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY too!! So Happy to have a close and convenient place to get all of my pool supplies. Thank you !
