Cashier's aren't too friendly

Dirty, unkempt, and people wanting you to give them money loiter at the door and in the lot. Employees are nice and they carry "Little Debbie" snacks.

I am disgusted and disappointed by the way this station is run. I went inside to purchase a pair of headphones which were behind the glass on the side of the cashier, so of course I had to ask for the price. I was told they were $20 by the extremely rude and confused looking cashier. Only after ringing up the purchase and tapping my card for payment did I see that the receipt he gave me showed the price as $29.99. After seeing this I politely asked for a refund. Thinking it would be an easy remedy, as the cashier was still in possession of the unopened headphones behind the counter, and due to his lack of knowledge in what they cost, I assumed he would just refund me and apologize for the miscommunication. I was wrong, I was told in a very condescending manner that they “don’t do refunds”. This was in the presence of other customers who were in disbelief that this cashier had pulled a true bait and switch as they also clearly heard him say $20.I asked where this policy was posted as it was not proximate to the register nor on the receipt. He replied that is was on the door when you walk in. After asking the cashier multiple times to do the right thing, he declined. I have never felt more disgusted at the blatant deception this cashier exhibited. I have filed a complaint with CP and the BP headquarters. I can only imagine how many other people they have taken advantage of with this fraudulent scheme.

Do not go here if you need gas or u-haul service. When you pull up it’s like playing gas pump roulette because usually only 2 of the 8 pumps work but only two have “not working” written on them so then you have to find the two that work even though there are 4 more that aren’t working. Then one day I ordered a uhaul for self pick up service and then it switched my order to in person even though no one in the BP was able to get me my van!! Not to mention the location is horrible. I’m so disappointed. The people are so friendly but nothing ever works properly there.

Horrible and I feel like they’re dishonest. Before I went to put the nozzle in my tank there was already “gallons” accounted for.

If you’re ever trying to do business here, just dont. Uhaul, gas, etc.

This location is convenient, but that’s about it.

I recently tried to pump gas. After authorizing my credit card at the pump, the gas wouldn’t dispense.

I went inside and said to the attendant, “my credit card is authorized and I selected my fuel grade, but the gas won’t pump.”

The attendant immediately snapped, “the pump is fine.”

Me: “it’s not dispensing gas, can you check?”

The attendant snapped, “then go to another gas station.”

“Okay but my credit card is authorized. Can you cancel the transaction so no one pumps gas on my card?”

Attendant: “that’s your problem. All week, people come in here saying the pump is broken. The pump is not broken.”

They clearly don’t care about your financial security. Pro-tip: if several customers are coming to say the pump is broken, the pump i s b r o k e n.

If I could give it zero I would. Tried 5 different pumps and they were all broken.

This place should be shut down until the pumps get fixed

Had no other option to stop for gas as I was nearing empty. Went inside to pay for gas and did not notice until an hour after that I was charged twice! I called my bank to inform them of the double charge. Immediately after, I try and call the store and no answer! I’ve even tried calling at least twice an hour for 4 hours with no answer. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANYTHING.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a gas station. Not only was the location poorly kept but i made a reservation to rent a uhaul truck and the attendant never answered the phone when I called to confirm the night before or the day of my reservation. Then they had computer issues which would normally not be an issue for me. Things happen. But when the attendant is rude and giving out nothing but attitudes its a horrible experience. Horrid customer service and I'll never come here again!
