We are so pleased with the outcome of our unusual fireplace project! We had a deep TV hole that we wanted to update. With Brett’s advice, we came up with a solution that didn’t involve completely tearing off the original stone. I can’t say enough about how outstanding the entire staff was to work with.
Knowledgeable, considerate and patient are just a few adjectives to describe the work ethic of this company. Plus all was completed in a timely, clean manner.

Had not used fireplace in over a year because
cracks in floor and back panels in this 35 yr old fireplace. Dennis had taken measurements earlier and came today to replace panels. Looks great. Thank you Dennis and Badgerland Fireplace.

We had our new gas fireplace installed today and couldn’t be happier! We replaced our old wood burning fireplace with a Heat and Glo gas insert. Paul and JP did an excellent job on the installation; they were great to work with, very tidy and personable. I would highly recommend Badgerland Fireplace to anyone in the market.

Both Paul and electrician were wonderful and friendly. Everything was done quickly. Paul cleaned up everything when he was done. Didn't leave a speck behind.

Dennis is an awesome tech! He was right on time, explained the service, told me how to best care for the FP annually, and he fixed the issue we were having. He’s very pleasant to work with. Badgerland did a great job for us!

Dennis was down to Earth, personable and professional. He communicated well, sought my opinion, and discussed different questions I had as they arose. He was  honest about what needed to be done, but didn’t try to sell me any extra services. He also told me what maintenance I could do on my own and what service was necessary later on.

We are thrilled with our new gas logs! Our fireplace had sub-optimal draft, and in the wrong weather we would get smoke in the house. The gas logs are perfect: very realistic, provide heat, light quickly and go out quickly - and no smoke and no cleanup! The entire Badgerland team was helpful and professional.

Dennis from Badgerland fireplace came to my house and converted our fireplace from wood to gas and put new logs in. Did an absolute wonderful job very professional very cost-effective, highly recommend Badgerland fireplace. Make sure you request Dennis as your service person. He did a great job. I was always afraid to light the pilot light on my fireplace because the gas valve was several feet away (on the floor) from the pilot light in the fireplace, causing a potential gas buildup in the fireplace prior to lighting the pilot. As a result, I didn't use my fireplace for several years. I visited Badgerland's showroom and saw the alternatives that were available. Badgerland re-routed the gas line in the basement directly into the fireplace pilot light and eliminated the gas valve on the floor. The pilot light is always lit now, and all I have to do is turn a lever and it lights the fireplace. I also replaced the fireplace doors to give the fireplace a more modern appearance. Brett's quote and the pricing was reasonable. Katie did the scheduling and was friendly and helpful. Gerard did the installation and he was great. He made sure to cover everything and laid mats down to protect the hearth and flooring from any soot or other dirt or debris. He was friendly and patiently answered my questions! After the installation was complete, Gerard went over the operation of the new fireplace unit with me. I highly recommend Badgerland.

Great experience all-around. Friendly staff in the store and lots of helpful information on converting my wood fireplace to gas. Was able to get on the schedule within a few weeks (which is sooner than I was expecting), and installed before Christmas! Dustin & Dennis did the install and were both wonderful-- on time, polite and professional-- and answered all of the questions I had. Looking forward to using my new gas fireplace!
