Joe F. was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. After having a not-so-great experience at the Hooper/Oak Ave T-Mobile store in Toms River, Joe made the process easy and explained everything in simple-terms, which made the process stress free. Highly recommend this location, thanks Joe & team!

I have been with tmobile for over 20 years and I love this store!! every time I go in there they are so helpful and always help me figure out a solution! the manager brandon and all his staff are wonderful!

The store manager Brendan was there last weekend to help me and my daughter.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us to find a solution to our problem.

Great experience today - we were checked in as soon as we walked in, and then even though they were busy we were helped pretty fast afterwards by Allie who answered all our questions, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and had us out very quickly with our new phones and all data successfully transferred!

My wife and I had questions about our phones. Kyle was very helpful and professional and took the time to help us and answer all of our questions.

Every employee there is super helpful and nice! I came in to upgrade my phone and they were helpful the entire process.

Mikey B gives 110% to his job and is an AWESOME employee! He made some great recommendations to meet our needs for a new phone and ended up staying a half hour after closing to work with us. Super patient, helpful and willing to answer all our endless questions with a smile. Highly recommend!

Brandon GAVE ME EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..IT SEEMED LIKE HE HAD THE CORRECT ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING MY visit was a pleasant experience than it got even Better because he turned me over to Mikey B...& the rest of the crew were very pleasant. My experience with T-Mobile Brick location was quite amazing. A consultant Amber Miller was absolutely professional and supportive. She showed a high performance of work ethic and assistance to us. We had the pleasure of working with Kyle. He was very honest and up front. Helped us with everything we needed. Answered all of our questions very honestly and to the best of his knowledge. I have no issues working with Kyle again. He definitely deserves a raise

Visited this location for the 1st time this morning. I was lucky enough to speak with Amber. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable associate. She resolved my issue (phone wouldn't charge) within minutes. I'll be certain to return when I need a plan or phone

I can't say enough positive things about my experience yesterday. I called ahead to see how busy there were, and was told there was a bit of a wait. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who took down my name. FIVE minutes later it was my turn.....that was quick! Allie was the gal who helped me out....I needed to get a new phone set up and everything transferred from my old phone. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She estimated it would take about an hour to complete everything. She took down a second number so she could contact me. About 45 minutes later she called saying everything was complete. Excellent customer service in a very friendly, professional atmosphere!!! Highly recommend!

Said goodbye to Veri$00n and their runaway bills. Visited this store on a Saturday without an appointment. We had 3 phones to switch over and an additional 2 to add to our plan. Customer Reps Ian and Manny made it a smooth transition. Manager Brandon is a great boss.

2Day was my 2nd time @ T~Mobile... Just like the 1st time, Our Rep{Michael Betancourt} gave excellent service, very informative, answered every question I had... I even came back with a list of questions!!! I had an issue with my voicemail, that turned into a team effort, T~Mobile Style... If ur a new customer looking 4 New Service, T~Mobile is IT... Thinking of switching service, T~Mobile is the RIGHT & ONLY SERVICE!!! ASK 4 MICHAEL BETANCOURT, HE IS THE MAN 2 GO 2...

Had an incredible experience! Not to mention amazing customer service!! Someone Mike helped me n there was issue transferring my old number to a new phone that I was activating n it took forever but he was so patient,kind, and knowledgeable throughout the whole ordeal. I was extremely impressed plus got a great deal n spending any.$30 less a month than I was with verizon.how cool is that?!

I went to the brick in store 08723 and all of the employees I worked with were just amazing! Matt, Brandon, and Kenny! Such lovely pleasant people that got right to the point and solved the problem and went out of their way to help me with a situation another t mobile store put me through. I HIGHLY recommend this store! They have an amazing hardworking and efficient team!
