Clean & nice helpful employees! One of my favorite stores! Waiting on the marshmallow fireside candles to come out!!! 🔥 1 of my favorite candles!!! 🔥 This candle & spray smells good too.

Lotions, Candles, and soap....what more can I say. Only thing I can comment on is the staff, they were friendly and attentive.

Favorite place for awesome smelling stuff & cool little gadgets. Bought some cute air fresheners for our car, some really good smelling hand soap & a new fine mist scent called Champagne Toast🥂that I LOVE 💕.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to look for our favorite scents. If they were out of what we were looking for, they made suggestions based on the smell and ingredients. Best service I have ever received at a bath and body works. Thank you so much ladies! Keep up the good work.

Although a fragrance that I previously used ("Be Joyful") has been discontinued, the saleslady was very friendly and patience while helping me to test other products. I did end up purchasing 3 different new body sprays. I love this store!

I have been to many Bath and Body Works location but by far this is the best one. The sales associate Jenny was very friendly and helpful. She showed me around like a pro and I even got some things that I didn’t even know I needed. She was sanitizing around the entire store and welcomed each and every customer. She stands by far one of the best customer associates I have ever encountered. Please recognize her ASAP!!!

I always love going to Bath and Body Works but this location have one outstanding representative name Jenny who was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service was impeccable, she was very helpful and gave me recommendations on wall plug-ins. I have 2 small children and she didn’t hesitate to talk with them. She was sanitizing the whole store and making sure everyone was ok. Above and beyond, Jenny from this location needs to be recognized ASAP!!!

It's always packed at this location! lol but nevertheless great selection especially around Christmas time. Friendly staff. I love their candles. Can never get enough :)

Very pleasant place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This place is smaller than some other places but they still had everything, from the soaps to the candles and more :)

Always super friendly when we visit a location. Best experience was in fox valley mall in aurora il. Went in to that location on my 6 yr old bday and the staff helped her, wished her happy bday, it made her day

I dropped in with my 19 year old daughter. She was in heaven. I survived. It's just not a manly place.

I always look forward to the body lotion sale. It's usually $2.95 though. This year it was $3.95.

So help when you come here and great customer service, always helpful with recommendations.

I really do wish they would bring back some of the older scents they used to have. I recently just bought some and now I really do have to use them sparingly. I do recommend going here for a couple of amazing scents.

Amazing scents in the men's section , and a large men's section , their after Christmas sale is something of legend , but if you are concerned with smelling great.... then this is a good place to start

Nice place and collection! I do get headache sometimes from the different aroma at the store but thats just me! Staff is helpful!

Many fragrances, many types at super affordable prices compared to the shop itself.

Busy and they just put out the new sents for spring. They have some cute Easter candle holders and new springy candle holders.
