I am delighted to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for Maria M Bernal who has left an indelible impression on me.
Maria is super friendly. She is the epitome of excellence. Her kindness and patience shine through. Even when the store is busy, she still takes the time to help me checkout(I always take longer to pay than others). She has never been angry with me. There are no words to express my gratitude to her. Maria is, without a doubt, THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.!!!!!!!

I recently visited this cosmetic boutique and I'm absolutely in love with it! The store has a fantastic selection of high-quality beauty products. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. The ambiance of the boutique is elegant and inviting. I highly recommend this place for all your cosmetic needs!

This is one of my favorite stores and I visit often. They have an amazing selection of products but most importantly, friendly staff. I have worked with Daisy O multiple times and she is nothing but helpful, kind and very friendly! I love being able to go into a store and chat with employees that are relatable and know their stuff. The entire staff is good at letting you browse and shop (there is a TON to look at) but also balancing that with asking if you need help with anything. I'd like to say I know my stuff when it comes to cosmetics from previously working in the industry but I think it's great that when I overhear a customer ask the staff for helping looking for that perfect lipstick shade or foundation, they are ALWAYS willing to help with a smile on their face. Thank you to Daisy O and the rest of the staff for exceeding my expectations when it comes to a retail shopping experience!

The store is clean, well stocked and has great deals. My favorite products to brands to purchase here are Tom Ford, Smashbox, and Glam Glow. They even have Beautyblender here! I will be shopping again...and again...let's be honest...I am here like every other day and I love it!

I am posting this because of all the bad reviews, I was here yesterday the woman behind the counter was very sweet and helpful, I am picky and she was polite and kind to me the whole time. She matched me for all the products I like, I was hesitate because everything was so cheap. Will definitely never spend full price at ulta again

I do like to buy here because of Daisy she’s perfect for customer service and very very very Helpful with a beautiful smile .... she knows a lot about the products and explains everything with her beautiful smile she’s professional ....
but today was another person her name is Michaela if I am not mistaking she’s rude she’s after customer looking for something wrong you can’t do that you can’t do this and she say it loud making other customer look like if something wrong .... she’s reallly bothered me and put my mood down from buying I purchased two things and I had to leave I could not stay more .... I have being going to this store since they open and I am good customer there I have been purchasing a lot of things just this week at least I went there twice ...
I am giving 5 stars because of Daisy only .
