Sissy's Log Cabin

I’ve been to Sissy’s twice now, for repairs on items purchased elsewhere. In both instances, the work was completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been helpful and friendly. Communication was way above average. Special shout out to Natasha, who kept me in the loop for a repair that had to be sent to the manufacturer. Estimates of time and cost were on point- no surprises! Their new location in Memphis (Laurelwood) is beautiful, too- with security present but not obtrusive. Definitely recommend!

Went in to just browse and see what they would get in since I know how Rolex is, Tiffany helped my girlfriend find some bracelets and texted me a few months later with the original model I was hoping to find. She held it for me until I was able to come pick it up and very happy with the purchase and help. Will be buying more jewelry and watches from here and from Tiffany

Went to Sissy’s Log Cabin the night before Valentine’s Day. Showed up unfortunately 10 minutes after they closed.
They were kind enough to let me come in after hours, and I was able to get the most beautiful Cartier Tank Watch which they guided me in picking out.
Excellent service and they had me in and out within 30 minutes.
They have a top notch selection, and I will not be buying a watch anywhere else.

Oksana and Holly and the whole team always treat us like the most important customers in the building, no matter whether we’re spending $100 or $10,000. We’ve used just about every service they offer: jewelry and watch sales, appraisals, and repairs and it’s an experience that can’t be beat.

I had a great experience at Sissy's with Tiffany Nicole and Holly! I have worked with Tiffany Nicole before and she is awesome. Holly was equally awesome! They are both friendly, very knowledgeable and fun to work with!

She was patient and helped me fine the most unique diamond earrings I could wear every day. We also found a watch that was understated elegance. Sissy's offers a one of a kind personalized shopping experience that is unmatched.

I have been shopping at Sissy’s for a long time. They are the only place in Memphis that I trust for watch and jewelry repair.

Their staff is always supper helpful, polite and very patient with your questions. They have always been fair and honest when you shop and work hard to make sure you have what you want, not what they think you should buy just to get you to spend more money.

Every quote on price, time and expectations have been spot on, or lower/faster than quoted.

As I said, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town.

Marisa assisted me with my issue. She turned a personal disappointment to an amazing outcome. I left the store smiling and in better spirits. She also educated me about there services regarding what they can do for potential jewelry interest requests. I will be using them in the future cause I’m a local Memphian.

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in listening to what I was looking for in a Rolex & helping me find the best options. He explained everything in detail I wanted to know. If you haven’t been to Sissy’s Log Cabin for your jewelry needs/wants or repairs and cleaning, you are really missing out! Sissy’s has a vast array of the most Beautiful and unique jewelry! Also, their staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly! When you walk in the door you feel so welcomed! I recently too a ring that my husband bought 15 years ago to be repaired after it broke. They reinforced it and shined it all up! Thank you for always helping me with all my jewelry needs!

I went in today to see the new store and it is absolutely amazing. It is nicer than stores that I have been to in Miami and New York. They have all of the major watch brands and I got to see what a facets of fire, which is was really cool. I recommend them for any of your jewelry needs, overall it was a great experience.

Yesterday we dropped by Sissy's Log Cabin. We met Holly and Tiffany. The ladies were great . They made us feel like old friends . Shopping there was excellent . Sissy's has a wide variety of diamonds in all prices if you are looking for jewelry I highly recommend Sissy's.
