Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming

Had a great experience a the Wag N wash in Vienna. We stopped in today to try out their washing station because they were having an open house and offering free self serve washes. They have two tubs, serveral shampoo options, dryer, and dog perfume. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend them to friends. Thanks!

Our Australian Shepherd and I have followed Sook-Hee here from the former Loyal Companion location. She's kind and friendly to my dog and always takes great care of her. Happy to see Wag N Wash take over and keeping her and Charles who both are great.

We for one are thankful that Wag n Wash took over the old Loyal Companion store so that we can continue to find very holistic high quality pet food esp frozen raw. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we certainly hope they remain in business for a long time.

First time I went usually is my son who goes there but.he was out of town.... I get help right away and I was able to get Kuna's food (my son's dog and mine too)

Traveled 45 minutes one way after reading their ad for self dog wash only to find it was not even finished being built yet. Why didn’t their ad page say that instead of “open!” Sales person shrugged & said its a general ad for all the stores together. Very frustrating & shows a lack of consideration for their potential customers. There is way too much competition in the pet & grooming business for this lack of business protocol. They lost this 4 cat 2 dog owner as a customer.

They don’t have cat food!? Miss loyal companion

Update, they responded to this with an unhelpful canned response. Clearly I want cat food which you don’t carry.

Avoid this place. Can’t even give personalized responses on google. They don’t care about your business, give it to someone else.

They do not have self service dog wash as advertised.
