Now I can understand why there are long lines on the weekend. Love their pancake! Thick, buttery and fluffy. Great service even though it is very busy. We came on Thursday in February. We waited on the line about 10 minutes and was seated by a very friendly and attentive waiter. We seat on the room by the bar. They hang a rail trail along the ceiling where the train goes along the room. They use all local butter and maple syrup. My friend order the hungry bear and a side of ham. The ham came so huge! I have never seen that big of a ham in my life before. There is a municipal parking across the street by the town hall.

Portions are huge, the sausage gravy was the best I've ever had, service was spectacular and even got some souvenirs from Flapjacks!! Definitely worth the long wait line to get in, I had the steak and cheese Benedict took me 2 days to eat all of it. We went twice while on vacation it was so good!! Cheers to many more years in business for Flapjacks!! Love the train that goes around the restaurant.

One of the best breakfast that I have had in NH in the last few years, and I am pretty picky about these. Worth the waiting time. Also, if you like toy trains, this is your spot -you will see why. Homemade pancakes and butter were delicious.

There was a bit of a line to get in, but it moved quickly. Server was polite and friendly. Food was really good… flapjacks were served with maple butter on top. Eggs Benedict with hash browns were great… I could have ordered a half order because the portions are so generous. English muffins were wonderful…not your typical grocery store king. Of course the maple syrup was real! Our go to breakfast place now! Fun watching the train running around the ceiling

It was a long wait, but well worth it. The flapjacks come with home made maple butter, which is so creamy and delicious. The atmosphere of the environment is cozy, welcoming, and fun. Though I admit, I did cry when reading about the Beth foundation. It was created in honor of one of the founders of the restaurant and contributes to different charities that were important to her. It's really just a very sweet place all around.

Truly the best pancake I’ve ever had, and I’m not even a big pancake person!! The butter was so amazing, literally everything here was delicious. So perfect to have this before going hiking. 10/10 would go again.

Just excellent, well worth the wait, service was beyond good everyone super friendly, and the food was amazingly delicious. Unless you’re the first ones there when they open there’s always gonna be a line just be patient. It goes pretty quick.

A just for breakfast if you’re in the area! This spot quite often has a line outside the door, and it is worth the wait. Everything you want and more for breakfast options. Keep an eye out for the daily specials- usually amazing- like cinnamon bun flapjacks. The baby bear breakfast is perfect for kids. And the kids are well entertained with the small train that circles the entire ceiling line of the restaurant. If it’s not running they’ll turn it on upon request. We love Flapjacks!

Very good. Flapjacks are worthy of the name. Delicious. French toast right on par with the flapjacks. Excellent service by our waitress. I think her name might have been Carol. Very good at her job. The other server was a male waiter who appeared to be right on the ball. Fellow customers all seemed well taken care of.

We arrived around 11am on a Saturday morning. The four of us were instantly seated. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and the food was really good! I got the blueberry pancakes, my husband eggs benedict, and our kids both ordered a different kid option. I would definitely go again if we found ourselves back in the area!

This is one of the best breakfast places I been too. Came here for the very first time and I was impressed. The only downside I must admit is the parking. But once you are inside and try their amazing food, you wouldn't even care about that. I highly recommend to come here if you are in the area! Friendly staff and great customer service and the food is phenomenal!!

Delicious Blueberry pancakes, large serving. Usually a line to get in, I'm told. We waited approximately 20 minutes for a seat. Interior is interestingly decorated, they are known for the model train that travels the perimeter of the dining room. Friendly, welcoming efficient staff and great 🫐 flapjacks/pancakes

Waited in along line outside for about 35 mins but food was delicious and staff was very accommodating! The server I had told me he has been working there for years and you could definitely tell he knew his stuff ! He was amazing wish I could remember his name. On another note food was delivered quickly and tasted great. I Even got to enjoy an iced coffee with my delicious breakfast. Definitely would come here and wait in line again if I’m ever in the area.

A classic breakfast spot in the heart of Lincoln! A must-stop when we’re in town. Their pancakes and home fries are great. My young niece loves their hot cocoa and always receives a generous amount of whipped cream and sprinkles on top. Staff is friendly and fun.

Always a line but it’s worth the wait! Best flapjacks aka pancakes in the white mountains.

I had the quintessential New Hampshire blueberry pancakes which tasted fluffy and wonderful. The syrup is light and flavorful with just the right maple tastes.

My wife had the pumpkin pancakes topped with enchanting maple butter and a side of crispy bacon. I was only allowed to have one bite! They were that good!

Overall a wonderful location to grab breakfast.

Holy moly! The food was out of this world. This is now my new go-to breakfast spot if I ever make it back up to Lincoln. There was a little bit of a line when we arrived, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and I mean the quality of the food was just epic. Our server (whose name I can't remember, boo) with the luna moth tattoo was SO friendly and cheerful. If you're in the area, make it a point to stop here.
