My husband and I go here every other week or so and it is always a pleasant experience! Lots to choose from and the owner and staff are always nice and willing to help you right away.

It's close to my friend's place, .7 miles. Cold beer selection just basic at best, good selection of room temperature beer. Prices are higher than average. Clerk was courteous at first but, crossed the line when he raised his voice to me (I'm practically elderly 😉) when I tried to take the sticker off the vodka slurpee lid. He did say Sir; however, it did not have the "Sir" sound of respect to it. Anyway, he was nice enough perhaps over enforcing. I was truly pleased to see the 6 or 7 booze slurpee machines which up to that point in my life I had never seen a booze slurpee b4. Plus, I had walked there n was contemplating how I was going to take a sip on the walk back: Booze Slurpee = Problem Solved.

Overall, poor refrigerated selection, rather high price, not quite courteous help but close to home & large hot beer selection (did not see any high test booze) = 3 stars or a weak C.

If u r close & need the just the basic cold beer now or have time to refrigerate (may be cheaper in volume?) & do not mind the price, this is your place.
