Five Guys

Went to the restaurant to enjoy a nice well deserved lunch. Service was excellent got served immediately. Person that took my order was very thorough when I told him about my onion allergy. At this point they always change their gloves and continuously made sure to tell everyone at the restaurant that there was an onion allergy on that burger. Burger was then presented in given to me independently with no other materials with it. Manager came out after dealing with Rush and talk to me directly to make sure everything was good. 9 out of 10

Five Guys in Manchester is one of my favorite burger restaurants. They graciously honor putting extra grilled onions in my cheeseburgers. Today, I spoke with Michael, who followed through on my request. He was very polite over the phone.

One of their, "regular fries" feeds four persons in my home. Lolzzzz. 🤣 I love how they season the fries.

I placed my order via DoorDash and my meal was neatly packed. Less than 1 hour later, it still arrived warm. One "cheeseburger", two "small cheeseburgers", one order of regular fries and two shakes were $67. It's expensive yet so worth every penny. Keep in mind that DoorDash typically charges about $1 -$2 more per meal items. I also am subjected to its service fees., etc.

I'd rather buy burgers here than the typical fast food chain were nothing's fresh like at Five Guys.

My family loves their huge, tasty fresh meat patties. One can choose unlimited toppings for the burgers. 😋

I appreciate that this location doesn't seem to run out of yummy milkshakes. A Five Guys restaurant in Hadley, Massachusetts, didn't have any shakes all summer. I bet they actually still don't have any. How could a burger restaurant constantly be out of milkshakes? How could they not fix their milkshake machine ?

It was a stop to charge the car, Five Guys was an excellent option to get dinner. The place has great service. Awesome place!!

A good quick service burger place. Staff have always been friendly and the food is good. Despite being near the mall, I never found it to be too crowded or have a bad experience stopping in.
Feel it's pretty on point for a standard Five Guys. Would recommend it if in the area.

This review is long overdue. I'm the Marketing Coordinator for Hartford Truck. For each anniversary, the employee get's to choose a restaurant and we order lunch for the entire company (about 40 people). Susan and the staff are nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond and the customer service is unbeatable. Susan opens the restaurant late to ensure our order gets their undivided attention, everything is hot and fresh, she always includes all of the toppings and condiments in an easy carrying case, and we never have incorrect orders (which is rare when placing such large orders).

We can't recommend this location highly enough. Our employees continue to pick Five Guys for their anniversary lunches because of the quality and reliability. Susan is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. If the District Manager or Owner happens to see this- you have a great staff that works incredibly hard and in our opinion deserves a bonus.

Went to five guys for the first time ever recently and it was definitely delicious.

Delicious burgers and fries and the staff are so friendly and efficient.

Great staff and probably the best fries I've ever had.

Placed an online order. There’s no option to add a note onto a food item. Once I sent the order I called the store to notify them of a food allergy to one of the burgers. I believe I spoke with the manager. She immediately reassured me how serious they take allergies and it would be no issue. Hands down they went above and beyond to make sure my food was cooked separate and bagged separate from the rest of my order. It’s such a small thing but made my day!

It's always busy especially for doordash. They always acknowledge you and ask who you're picking up for. A lot of other places don't do that.

This has become my new go to place. Usually I go for hot dogs which are great. They split them and grill. Lots of good stuff to put on them. Had a burger today and it was one of the best burgers I've had. Juicy and fresh. I didn't realize that the burger was actually a double. If you want a single get the small burger.

about the same as any other five guys. If you've never been to a five guys, absolutely drop in. The burgers are fantastic. The fries are amazing, and theyll give you a more of them then you'll be able to eat. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. My go to order is a bacon cheeseburger with everything, and Cajun fries

Burger was a bit dry, but I'll give the cooks some slack. It was a full day and 1.5 hours before closing. They loaded us up with fries and it was great 👍🏾

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with 7 toppings. Everything was on it. Ordered large fries. Large fry came with that extra scoop! Location wasn't loud. A lot of parking. Workers had their masks on.
Some customers didn't have theirs on. Soda machine and condiments were full. Lady was loud enough to hear Order number. Crew seemed to have a nice flow and work together.

The Cheeseburger is always a favorite at 5 guys and the French Fries are also the best anywhere. It's always a treat to enjoy at this restaurant

Excellent quality burgers and fries in a fun fast paced environment. Order at the counter and watch your food be cooked. Fresh cut fries from Idaho potatoes, excellent quality fresh meat, and all the toppings you can dream of. Staff is friendly and courteous. Very clean kitchen and sitting area. Offers indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely will return!

If you've never tried a Five Guys burger; you better prepare yourself. Fresh beef patties and french fries with choice toppings. Did I mention prompt service? Sure you have to wait a little, but the staff is busy creating burger masterpieces!!! I love this place 🙌

Love this place too much...I'm a repeat offender here...the people are very nice and one of the few burger places I can enjoy the food
